Dolphins and manatees are frequent guests, and fishing is allowed from the dock.

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). Easy access to apartment PLEASE NOTE: The Apartments laundry is done on a weekly basis… but personal laundry can be done in a local Laundromat.

"Crew Quarters" is a newly renovated 2 room private suite in our South Fort Myers home with easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, the Key West Express terminal and Shellpoint. The space includes a bright and cosy queen bedroom, a private bathroom and a den which has a double sofabed, TV and desk as well as a fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Access to the suite is through a private lockable door in our home.

Riverside Studio

Riverside Studio is a newly renovated addition to this beautiful home with a private entrance. The studio provides guests with a king size bedroom, master bathroom , television, fridge, convection microwave , Keruig coffee maker, and a beautiful kitchenette. Our delightful 1 bed/1 bath private guest suite is located within a short walk to Fort Myers Historic Downtown River District & Caloosahatchee River. This unique guest space is part of our charming 1912 Craftsman attached at the rear of our home with its own private entrance and bath (no shared spaces).

Light and bright room with comfy queen size bed, desk with chair, arm chair to relax, sliders to pool area. Pool and spa is not heated, heater is broken I will update once it is fixed. Private bathroom with walk in shower. City of Cape Coral requires 6 nights minimum stay License RR-007683-2026
