Das Highlight waren die Kajaks und Sups, mit denen man im angrenzenden Wasser fahren konnte und die amerikanische Couch mit Liegefunktion. My family had the privilege of staying at Rosy's house at the end of March. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty of the home, especially being right on the water. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our daughters loved the welcome snack basket, pool, and pool toys. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed it each day of our stay. My dad loved to read on the deck by the lake. We've stayed a few times in Cape Coral, and this has been our favorite house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Michelle, the host was also very responsive and helpful. You will absolutely love staying at this house! Thanks for the wonderful stay, we can't wait to come back!

We loved the house and the location. The dock and picnic area were a plus. The sunsets every night were so beautiful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided and the home was very clean. We will definitely visit again!

This house has great space, including 4 bedrooms, great kitchen & dining room, as well as large living room. The pool and hot are fantastic!! Salt water, warm with plenty of surrounding space. The house has lots of extras: pool toys, kid toys, bicycles. Laurie was an excellent communicator before and during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. Todd was very helpful with recommendations for boating and local places. We enjoyed boating and fishing from the dock and boating the river, tiki bars and beach sunsets. The home is totally updated and has everything for cooking, relaxing, kayaking, etc. We hope to come back often.

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was exactly as described in the listing—immaculate, relaxing, and truly inviting. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

The place itself was so beautiful and the outdoor space leading right to the lake was so peaceful! I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings for a quiet, relaxing start to the day! Robin was very friendly and provided helpful instructions. Definitely recommend 😊

This was our 2 time staying here, we highly recommend staying here. Very clean, safe and close to everything. We also enjoyed having the bikes and all beach gear. We can’t wait to come back again.

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. Brandi’s place was clean and exactly like how’s described. The community was peaceful and private. The house was clean inside and the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!!

We had a great time staying here! The home was beautiful with all the beach supplies one could want. As someone who drove their boat up, the dock had great cleat availability and we had no problems getting a spot. One of the easier places to dock at that I have stayed overnight. Home also has everything for cooking and good wifi for being on an island. Loved the vibe of LGI, watching the sunset, and exploring the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay again!

We totally recommend this location, house clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and very close to the Gulf. There was wildlife to see and very friendly folks on the island. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you Ryan.

Absolutely stunning home and property. Every thoughtful touch and amenity and beautiful, comfortable accommodation and scenery. My wife and I had such a peaceful relaxing time we could not be more grateful for the hospitality and the obvious extreme care to detail that the owners have put into this home.

We loved it but next time we would rent a car, no little shops other than Walmart to shop in and for us the beach was to far away to walk or ride a bike,we could have done Uber but renting a car would be our preference, Tim’s place is a perfect, clean , cozy ,the bed was very comfortable! Perfect place to stay in ! We would book again ! Thank you Tim ! I am glad my son found your place for us!!! The Mexican spot across the street was the best Mexican food we have ever had! Also our friends we wanted to see were right around the corner so that was perfect!

Marc and Megan’s property is unique and beautiful. We hope to make our stay there an annual event.

Stayed one night and it exceeded all expectations, an ideal couples’ getaway. We were surrounded by nature: birds, manatees, squirrels, lizards, and even a raccoon. Went fishing and caught (and released) four fish. Grilled burgers and ended the evening with a movie. The ambient lighting, peaceful setting, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the city. Highly recommended!

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
