We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was exactly as described in the listing—immaculate, relaxing, and truly inviting. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

Federico was amazing! he went above and beyond when we had a minor emergency with our 3-year-old daughter and helped us get some medications (and a humidifier!) for her on the mainland without us ever having to leave the island. he was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about his place or the island. The space was very kid friendly and though it is a shared Deck with the house next door we hardly even saw or heard from The neighbors. oh and because it's not completely obvious from the listing you do not have to share the hot tub with the other house. There is one at each house. also, the description is a one minute walk to the beach probably needs to be updated given that there is now houses backyards you have to walk through if you take the most direct route. Other than that the area underneath the house was wonderful for our kids to play in when we weren't at the beach and the 6 person golf cart was just big enough for our party of five. A+ highly recommend

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. We enjoyed our stay and my grandson really enjoyed the pool area. We came to the area to go to Sanibel island to get seashells and it was a great location to the island. We would stay again!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

honestly theres not one bad thing i can think of. tina is wonderful. 100% would stay here again.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

Een erg fijne plek. De plek was goed schoon en opgeruimd en voelde direct al heel erg huiselijk en warm. Je hebt ruimte en rust, maar tegelijkertijd genoeg leuke plekken op prima rijafstand. Julia en Mark waren erg vriendelijk, maar gaven ons ook alle ruimte. Dit alles maakte dat wij een erg fijne tijd hebben gehad in het huisje en de omgeving.

This was a great place and highly recommend it. It's very peaceful. It's very close to things to do. 👍🏼

We stayed in units 1&2 which have a nice covered parking area, gorgeous views of the sunset, and local osprey that like the palm trees in the backyard. Consider getting both units for longer stays. Definitely go to Perfect Cup for breakfast. It’s within walking distance. Traffic can make it a challenge to back out of the driveway due to visibility. We had one person stop oncoming traffic to safely exit the driveway and that worked well. Lisa was such a wonderful host; thank you Lisa!

We loved our stay here. Guido and Monica were great hosts, and are very responsive. The house is in a great spot, very close to the beach and causeway. Very clean and everything you could need was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Charles was a great host! He gave us great instructions. He recommended plenty of restaurants along with activities for us to do. His place was absolutely beautiful inside. It reminded me of camping trips we've had. My son had a good time catching catfish from the backyard. The house was very clean. He provided condiments and spices. He had everything well stocked. I'd love to stay here again and I highly recommend Charles's place.

Great location!! Beds were great. Could use some updating. House was clean. Definitely when staying here you have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We got there and used bathroom twice and had no toilet paper. Air conditioning works well. Lots of extra bedding and towels. We will definitely book agian. Also we really enjoyed the pool.

Lianna's attention to detail is very nice and appreciated. I have really enjoyed living here with all of the wonderful amenities. Neighbors rock and sunsets are unforgettable! Thank you so very much.
