This accomodations was very clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. We cooked many of our evening meals in the unit and found it adequately stocked with cooking utensils and tablewear for my wife and I. We had some difficulty with the cable system early on and April responded quickly. Her property manager visited and was able to remedy the problem. We did have some challenges with the Heating/Cooling system, but I suspect that was more of an operator issue. Both April and Carolina, her property manager, tutored us though. The unit is well located with fine restaurants nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood, except for the relatively frequent emergency vehicle sirens. (The unit is located a couple blocks from a major fire house). We found the patio very comfortable and spent much time there. It was really a plus that there was a laundry facility on site. Not in the unit itself, but in another building on the property. We rate both the host and the property highly and would stay again.

Sylvia’s place was perfect. The bathroom is huge and super clean. We loved the balcony and were sitting outside every morning and evening. It is very quaint. It’s a short five minute walk to the beach. We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to put our beach stuff in. We did have to share those things with the other unit but it worked out. We will definitely stay at Sylvia‘s place here in Fort Myers Beach again. Perfect little getaway! Highly recommend.

The location of the condo was perfect, not too close, not too far from "time square" to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. The condo is beautifully done. It is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The king size bed was very comfortable but the couch not so much. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the sunsets were postcard worthy. There was a coin-op laundry area, but we didnt use it. Serge responded immediately to any questions and was flexible with our arrival as our plane landed at 9 am. We did not use the pool, most of time it was a bit too crowded for me but the beach is what i went for, so I didn't mind that. It was also very nice to have the available beach chairs and umbrella, and I say this because people were asking us where we got them from. I would absolutely love to stay there again and even my husband, who is not a fan of the beach, was impressed with the beauty of Fort Myers Beach and location of where we stayed.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

We absolutely loved staying here! Although at the end of the island we took the bus everyday which was pretty cool. We rode into town everyday with no problem. This place was so nice and quiet. One thing we were so happy about was the kitchen was absolutely packed with anything we could need for cooking. We already miss being here!

The place was beautifully decorated with very unique touches to make it a very special visit. The information provided was fantastic. The experience was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mir hat der orientalische Touch sehr gut gefallen. Bequeme Betten, ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

The place was wonderful and so clean. The shower alone was worth the stay! This was also in a great location with quick and efficient communication! Would love to return!

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

The place was more spacious and welcoming than the pictures suggested - a lovely surprise! We didn’t have a car, but no worries; we were only a 10 min walk from the beach, a 15 min walk from the local grocery store, and a cheap Tran ride away from downtown. Nicole and her husband were excellent communicators, and they even provided us with an umbrella and a few beach chairs!

Spent 10 days in this comfortable flip-flop apartment with my 4 person family, in the end of March. We loved 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, beds I believe were full or queen size, place was spacious, kitchen well equipped for making our breakfasts and lunches. 15-20 minute walk to the beach and some restaurants. Not recommending to drive to the beach, because you have to pay for parking 30-40$. We drove to other restaurants just for variety. Linda was very responsive to any requests we had. Thank you!!

We had a few questions at first but Leah was very responsive and took care of everything. The unit says no pets but there was a dog barking in the 2nd room. It did get quiet later.

Just what we needed. Little kitchen to cook if needed. Nice decorations and clean. Snack/coffee bar came in handy before and after traveling.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Sonata’s condo was beautiful, welcoming, and exactly as described in the description. Above all, her condo is pristine, which makes staying in someone else’s home comforting! She was extremely accommodating and responsive! I can’t say enough good things about both Sonata and her condo!

Great place in a great location, very walkable to restaurants/bars/shops. Outdoor pool area was a wonderful place to relax. Bit of a walk to get to actual unit from the entrance.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

I don’t do airbnbs often, this was a great experience from start to finish. Short walk to the beach, Airbnb is clean, pool was nice and clean. Every amenity that you need was there. Hosts were super friendly and responsive when needed!
