Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

Chaise bébé et lit parapluie mis à disposition sur demande. Des plaquettes et dépliants sur les musées, les visites sur Bordeaux sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Logement entier mise à disposition Situé dans le quartier des Chartrons, l'appartement dispose d'une multitude de commerce à proximité immédiate (boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché) ainsi que du bus et du tramway pour rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 minutes. Le meilleur moyen pour se déplacer sur Bordeaux est le tramway, il vous amènera directement en centre ville (4 arrêts) du Grand théâtre. Une station Vcub ( location de vélo de ville ) est à proximité de l appartement. De la gare de Bordeaux St Jean Prendre le tramway C stop arrêt Quinquonce, récupérer le tramway B ( direction Cité des vins, Berges de la garonne) stop Cours du Medoc. 5 min de marche et vous êtes arrivée à destination. Aéroport de Bordeaux: Bus : prendre la ligne 1 stop à Palais de Justice , récupérer la ligne 4 ( direction St Louis) stop à Gaussen ou St martial. 2 min de marche et vous êtes arrivés. La location inclut la mise à disposition draps et serviettes ,la vaisselle devra être faite ,les poubelles vidées et les serviettes utilisées devront être dans le panier à linge ainsi que les draps avant le départ.

Maison d’hôtes, terrasse & jacuzzi en plein centre

La maison est située dans une impasse très calme, à quelques pas du Jardin Public, en plein centre. La maison est agencée sur 3 étages. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse avec Jacuzzi (jusqu'à 22h maximum). Un parking privé au RDC pouvant accueillir plusieurs voitures est à votre disposition, uniquement sur réservation, au tarif de 15€/jour/voiture. La situation géographique est idéale : vous pourrez découvrir l'essentiel de la ville à pied. La capacité d'accueil est de 10 personnes maximum.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
