What an amazing property! We had a wonderful family reunion. The house is spacious with many beds and bathrooms. Had great entertainment with the outside pool and fire pit. So many indoor and outdoor spaces for family fun. And it was a treat feeding the horses. This rental helped us create many lasting great memories.

This cottage is an idyllic getaway in Wimberley. You’ll get deer every morning and fireflies at night and the cottage is perfectly appointed. Beds are comfy, linens are spotless, plentiful towels, soap, TP etc. Cynthia brought by fresh cookies which was such a fun, friendly treat. The cottage also has access to a couple entry points to the creek and a clean hot tub outside. It’s about a 10-minute (pretty, slow, winding) drive from the cottage into the historic center. Remember your favorite bug spray and enjoy the beauty and charm of Wimberley!

We love staying here! This was our second time to visit and it was just as fun this time. The pool is a wonderful addition! Pam and her staff are super attentive and made the stay comfortable for all.

This home is so charming. You feel at home. The beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Being on the river is so peaceful and refreshing. Irises were in full bloom adding to the beautiful Springtime surroundings. The host has provided such a thoughtful and gracious accommodation.

Highly recommend! Jacqueline was a very attentive host and made sure we were looked after. The place is secluded and immersed in nature. Perfect if you want to stay away from town, but only an 8 minute Uber to a pretty cool coffee spot on the lake. (Mozarts coffee) Fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices. The highlight for me was the balcony area with the lounges and this incredible view. Each room had plenty of wardrobe space to keep our bags and hang clothes. Loved the bathroom! Very modern fridge and appliances.

We stayed here for a getaway to stargaze and view the total solar eclipse in April 2024. This cabin is part of Ranch 3232, which has RV spots, yurts, and tent camping. This is helpful to know for others who may be looking for a private or secluded getaway. The cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, and we found the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and coffee. The included dishes, silverware, and drinkware is perfect for two. The bathroom was clean, and the shower is adequate. The grill outside was perfect for burgers. There is a small table outside with two chairs, which made it great for a meal outside! Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would return to stay here any time! Thanks, Ken!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect get away! Kathy was such a gracious host and kept us informed of places to visit and events in town. She gave great instructions on how to find their place and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we neeeded. She even hung a birthday sign because I mentioned we were celebrating husbands birthday! She left us hand feeders for the hummingbirds which was one of the highlights of the trip for us. We loved watching for all the birds on the feeders, walking out to feed the goats, and just having a peaceful place to be! It was a delight to meet Kathy and Wayne. Kathy even went out of her way to help my daughter hold one of the baby goats. We definitely hope to come back again some day! We loved purchasing some of Wayne's amazing metal work! We hope to visit again soon!

I stayed at John & Suzanne’s place for a couple of months with pets & had an amazing & comfortable time! It’s super peaceful with beautiful sunsets, starry skies & orchards that are great for walking - I walked them almost every day to get my steps in! The birds singing in the mornings made it feel simply magical. I have the Merlin Bird ID app & would regularly clock in 10-12 different bird species almost every morning! No issues with WiFi, neighbors, parking, or mail delivery. Pedernales Falls State Park is nearby, make sure to check it out & schedule a reservation ahead of time unless going after hours. Dripping Springs is the closest town for groceries (H‑E‑B) about 20min drive. Easy access to get to Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, etc. John & Suzanne were friendly & great hosts - I’d definitely stay again :)

This cabin is so charming and lovely! It reminded me of the old fishing cabin that used to be in my family. My husband & our good friend had the most wonderful time enjoying the amazing dock area with our dogs, swimming & relaxing. Theres tons of water toys included with this spot & comfy furniture indoor and out! Would love to rent this spot again.

Love staying in campfire circle and Donna’s place was no exception. It was perfect for our crew, had stunning views, lots of deer, and each room was cutely decorated for Christmas. The house is FULLY stocked with anything you may need, which is much appreciated. This is how Airbnb used to be before all the good properties were snatched up by corporations. Classic, family owned home with all the charm and attention to detail.

This Airbnb was hands down the most peaceful and grounding part of my Texas trip. Nestled in the Hill Country just outside of Austin, the stay offered everything I needed after dealing with the heavy traffic and chaos of cities like Dallas and San Antonio. The location is remote but not too far out — perfect balance of nature and access. It felt like I could finally breathe. The property is located at the end of a long, gated driveway surrounded by trees and rolling terrain, giving off major retreat vibes. The sense of privacy was unmatched. I stayed solo and it felt safe, quiet, and healing — a perfect environment for reflection and reset. Inside, the space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It had a real cabin-in-the-country feel, but with the modern essentials — a full kitchen, washer and dryer, strong Wi-Fi, and a clean queen-sized bed. I especially appreciated the large porch with chairs, where I spent mornings and evenings soaking up the sun and decompressing.

What a beautiful vacation away from the busy city life. This bunkhouse was well equipped for relaxation including a beautiful view, lovely plung pool off the deck and a gorgeous bathtub that you could swim in with a rain shower next to it that was just as luxurious. The beds and linen were comfortable. The refrigerator is on the smaller side, what you’d expect with a bunkhouse but it was adorable. The driveway is 1.5 mile hard packed dirt but very well maintained. There is a plethora of wildlife along the way so keep your eyes open! The hosts are responsive and extremely helpful and nice! Will return again when in the area!

We felt so at home and relaxed while staying here! The place is decorated so well, lots of fun things to do in a very pleasant environment. We woke up Saturday morning and sat on the patio feeding our baby and walking around. Their cute little dog greeted us and we admired the property. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! It was way better than what we expected and much bigger than I thought. John and Sherri were amazing hosts and we would definitely come back and recommend it!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Super cute place. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a girl's weekend. Very close to Wimberly square. Restaurants and shopping.

Scott showed up as we checked in and introduced himself. very friendly, welcoming and overall a great host. the house had all the amenities listed and was very comfortable. the pool and play area for the kids was a big bonus for my family, we had our 3 grandkids (4-2-2) with us and those 2 features came in handy. we absolutely had a good time and the house was 10 minutes from the wedding venue we were there for this weekend. this place will be on our list to come back to when in the area.

Condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect location to enjoy Gruene, TX. I highly recommend it. A concern is slipping getting in and out of the tub as the non slip stripes have worn out. I recommended a rubber mat or hand bar.
