Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay - 15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown - the views from this property are amazing. (Great wifi too for those working remotely:)

Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. A public beach access beside the property leads to a rocky beach overlooking the Georgia Strait and stunning west-facing sunsets. Please review our Pet Policy and House Rules before booking.

Our cottage backs directly onto lake Simcoe with a view overlooking the water reminiscent of a four season water villa bungalow. Easy access to lake Couchiching for fishing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, 30 mins to Mount St. Louis for skiing and snowboarding, 30 mins to Vetta Nordic Spa and Casino Rama is only a 10 minute drive away!

Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
