Barton Mills is a hidden gem, not just the meeting point of A11 and A14. Newmarket is a stone’s throw away. The National Horse Racing Museum is excellent. The race track itself easy to reach. Then there is the history of Breckland vs Fens. Great dog walking.

Really friendly and quick to reply, would definitely recommend and use again.

Just what we needed for a 2 night stay visiting family. The house is very well equipped, clean, and just as described, minutes from the station. Close to tracks and footpaths for walks and 5 minutes from the shops. We had a lovely meal at The Red Lion on Saturday night - highly recommended. Thank you Krisztina.

We booked a two night stay at the Goose Barn to have a short break and to explore Cambridge (for the University). The barn was conveniently located, parking was easy and the barn was well presented and clean. It was peaceful and private which is what we were looking for. The breakfast goodies were a really lovely thought and the kitchen was well stocked and utensils were clean. The weather was against us and so we were unable to explore the local area as much as we had planned but there were maps etc if you wanted to. Communicating with Tessa was easy. Rooms were spacious and warm. Thank you Tessa.

We stayed overnight here before a Skydive the next morning so needed a place quiet and peaceful it was as expected in the photos . The house was warm & cosy very clean and inviting! My Daughter and I jumped 🤟🏼😝🪂

Lovely house spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We certainly made full use of the courtyard for breakfast and evening drinks. Twenty minute walk into town through lovely parks. Free parking for one car and luckily we were able to park the second near by. Excellent communication from House Of Luchini.

This is such a lovely cottage, very old and quaint with clear information and things to do. The supermarket is do close it’s really handy and the hosts provided lots of lovely touches. It was very cosy and peaceful and great if you have dogs as the garden is very secure which is great when you have little dogs.

Caroline is a very friendly and responsive host. The property was exactly as described and the facilities were fab. It's noted that it's remote and it certainly is, about 1.5 miles into the nearest village (Little Downham) but it can be a bit noisy for the lighter sleepers as it's very close to an active railway and crossing. Alfie Acres is clean and well equipped and would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at this barn, spent a night there for my friends hen do. Ema-Louise was really nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ema-Louise even brought round one of her horses for a photo shoot with the bride-to-be who is obsessed with horses. The swimming pool is amazing, with plenty of sun loungers to use to relax around the pool. All-in-All, absolutely perfect place to stay and we will look to book again at some point.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Staying here was brilliant, the hosts are very friendly. The room is modern, spotless and has a nice homey feel. The hot tub is top quality and the pool looks beautiful even though it was too cold for us to use. It’s a fairytale at a great price, the area is gorgeous and a 15 minute train ride away from Cambridge, overall great location!

The cottage was amazing cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Angela was a fantastic host and responded to all my queries very quickly. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Had a great stay. Comfortable, well presented accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink. Combined with March parkrun it was a perfect weekend. Hope to visit again in the future.

I’ve stayed stayed in many air bnbs over the years now and this top the lot. The touches of food, Prosecco and a birthday banner was the icing on the cake. An amazing little location run by someone who quite clearly knows what they are doing in terms of offering a brilliant experience

A lovely, clean and homely place. With free parking for 2 cars right next to the property which was important for me. Don and Amos replied quickly and the place was immaculate when we got there. I would definitely recommend 👌

Lovely, very well equipped accommodation, with everything of excellent quality. Extremely dog friendly- Sally even provides a sheet to allow fur babies to sleep on the bed which ours does, with easy access to the secure garden. We spent a very comfortable 4 days and would return.

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

The pavilion is a proper little gem. nice walks and the Danish camp had great food and entertainment, a short walk is the crown, super Sunday roasts. Emily and Mike were so helpful and lovely hosts. The pavilion was so cosy and spacious, had all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was big and comfy, plenty of room to feel relaxed in the lounge/kitchen. On the whole a beautiful relaxed weekend. Thanks to excellent hosts. 5 stars. Will be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. The cabin is in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood that is only a short drive away from Cambridge. The lodge is cosy and comfortable and equipped with all we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our exploration of Cambridge and it was lovely to meet and chat with our host Janet. Jonathan had also left a lot of useful information in the guidebook, such as recommendations for food and activities in Cambridge. Thank you both for the great stay!
