Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Self contained garden studio at the end of long garden. Separate access from main house. Ten minutes walk from the science park and close to Cambridge North station. Double bed, kitchenette, walk in wardrobe and shower room. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the house if needed.

Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.
