La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Il piccolo rustico toscano si trova in un piccolo borgo storico a 3 minuti dal centro di Camaiore ai piedi delle Alpi Apuane, in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare e la casa è posizionata tra Pisa Lucca e le 5 Terre. La casa è composta da soggiorno con cucina e un comodo divano letto, e al piano superiore si trovano la camera matrimoniale la cameretta con un lettino per bambini e il bagno.La casa è equipaggiata con Smart tv, tostapane,piano cottura 4 fuochi, forno elettrico,ferro da stiro,lavatrice.

La posizione centralissima permette di arrivare in pochi minuti alla pineta, alla spiaggia, alla stazione e al mercato centrale. Il parcheggio in zona è a pagamento ma a poche centinaia di metri è presente una grande area gratuita. La casa è composta da una camera matrimoniale su soppalco,una zona giorno accogliente con divano letto alla francese,bagno con doccia. Il giardino è condiviso con l’abitazione principale

La cucina è fornita di fornello a 4 fuochi, forno elettrico e forno a microonde ed equipaggiata di wifi, smart tv 40", lavatrice, barbeque in giardino.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a city tax of 1.50e per person (O14 years) per day (up to a max of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

Le Casette si trova a circa 600m s.l.m. immersa nella quiete di un autentico piccolo borgo in alta collina sopra Metato, con vista mozzafiato che va dalle Apuane al mare. Gli ultimi 1,5 km sono un percorso panoramico, stretto e ripido nel verde, percorribile solo con auto 4x4 compatte, proprio per questo qui troverai pace assoluta. Per la tua comodità il proprietario mette a disposizione una Fiat Panda 4x4, da utilizzare esclusivamente dalla casa al parcheggio di Metato e viceversa.

L' accogliente casa di Tiziano

La casa si trova a 2 km dal centro di Camaiore, a 10 km dal mare, 25 minuti da Lucca e Pisa, 15 minuti da Pietrasanta. L'appartamento è una parte della casa completamente ristrutturato con vista sul Monte Prana, si affaccia su un porticato e un giardino con piscina immerso nel verde. Io sarò sempre a disposizione per qualunque evenienza. Usufruisco solamente dell'ingresso al posto auto. Da giugno a settembre è dovuta la tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco.

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of. The house is located on top of a hill with olive trees, cypress, vineyards and lavender all around. In an old body of a magnificient estate, the house offers the possibility of a relaxing vacation in the peace and silence of luxirant countryside.

BorgoMetato - Panorama

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. PANORAMA is part of this place.
