Country cottage in the northwest of S.Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Waterfall Life: Secluded Nature-Immersion

"Immersion into nature" at its most literal definition. You'll have your private paradise in nature. Surrounded by waterfalls (2), wild plants, flowers, rocks, birds and even some fish. A soundtrack—the water streaming down from two sides of the property—will follow you into your sleep. Everything is aimed at minimizing distraction from the intrinsic beauty of nature, you'll be in your own bubble, yet a small village market and a bar are conveniently located less than 100mt. (300ft) away.

Love Shack/Beautiful Ocean Views

Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

Casa Bela Vista is a happy, colorful family house. A place to rest your soul. Can accommodate 2-4 people and a baby or toddler, as we offer a travel cot if needed. It is a spacious house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. Has a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea (south) and mountains. It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

Olá! Somos a Vitória e o Hermínio, um casal de açorianos a viver em Vila Franca há mais de 30 anos. Esta Vila piscatória é o sítio ideal para passar umas férias relaxantes. A Casa das Dias é uma casa localizada no centro histórico da Vila mesmo em frente ao mar, com uma vista fantástica para o imenso Oceano Atlântico e para o Ilhéu, também apelidado por nós de Anel da Princesa. Casa com Sala Suspensa

O nosso refúgio é uma casa rural do século XIX, restaurada com o intuito de conservar as características da sua época de construção. Mantivemos a estrutura principal da casa, assim como o forno a lenha e a respectiva chaminé, o moinho de produção de vinho e o chão de basalto. E, para finalizar, adicionamos uma sala de estar suspensa - literalmente um cubo de vidro.
