This was an exceptional stay. The hosts, Sonia and Paolo, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist. From meeting us on a nearby road to guide us to the house, to the clear information (all written and verbal) and recommendations for local restaurants and services; it was above anything we expected or had experienced before. The house was spotless and very comfortable with all amenities and some very generous welcoming gifts including local delicacies. We would recommend this stay highly to anyone visiting the area.

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Filippo’s place was a spacious little gem with an incredible view over the coastline. The apartment was clean and airy, with lots of personal touches from his Sicilian heritage. The view is from the front door veranda next to the walk way rather than a balcony but it really doesn’t matter, it’s stunning. The location is great for getting into both Scilla and Chianalea but beware of the stairs, there really are a lot of them, but as long as you have no mobility issues it should be totally manageable! Filippo was also very communicative and quick to respond so that was very helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

Ontzettend mooi tweede huis, het straalt klasse uit; eigen entree hek met lang oprit met fruitboom naar woning. Elegant ontworpen woning welke past in de omgeving op een bergrand, omgeven met grote tuin vol met oude olijfbomen. De eigenaresse is super verteld bij uitleg over het huis dat olijfolie in keuken uit eigen tuin komt en om niet bezorgt te zijn als deze op raakt, er is meer. Verder is er rondom het huis terras zowel in de zon of juist uit de zon. Overdaad aan keukenspullen, prima oven en BBQ. Heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Beautiful waterfront location and extremely spacious modern two bedroom 1.5 full bathroom apartment. It is part of a five unit complex, but you would never know it very quiet and peaceful. We spent a week there and would happily come back again the next time we are in this area. Very good value, not cheap but well with it. Maria was an excellent host and meet us there to show us around. If we had any questions she was always there quickly to respond. Very highly recommended.

Great stay. Private location with gated parking for the car on the premise. Quiet and spacious with large yard very near the old city. Dog friendly is a super plus. Easy to communicate with the host. Matched the description and pictures. Overall clean and very comfortable. The place is technically outside the ZTL but there is a was drive to the place and you cannot avoid the the ZTL if it is active, so get instructions on how to drive to the place and avoid the ZTL. We'd stay here again if in Tropea.

Pasquale est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les visites à privilégier autour de sa location, notamment un très bon glacier 😋. L’emplacement est top pour accéder à Pizzo, Tropea et Scilla. Location au calme.

Andrea jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Dba bardzo o Nina's house i swoich gości. Każdy nasz problem albo trudność były natychmiast rozwiązywane. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że w Santa Catarina nie ma komunikacji publicznej i Andrea sam zaproponował, że nas odbierze ze stacji kolejowej. To więcej, niż się spodziewaliśmy! Mieszkanie bardzo schludne, przestrzenne, wygodne do spędzenia w nim całego dnia, gdy nie chcesz iść na spacer. Do dyspozycji patio z grillem. Pełna swoboda a gdy zachodzi potrzeba, możesz liczyć na pomoc Andrea. Internet, tak jak zapewniał Andrea, działa bez zarzutu, swobodnie możesz pracować zdalnie. Morze w maju, co prawda jest jeszcze zimne, ale można spędzić wiele godzin na plaży, opalając się i odpoczywając - do plaży od domu Andrei masz 50 m w linii prostej. Bajka!!! Cudowne miejsce, cudownie spędzony czas. Wrócimy tam na pewno! Gorąco polecamy to miejsce

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich dort gleich wohl. Die Pools sind sehr sauber und sehr schön. Es gibt auch einen flacheren Bereich für Kinder. Kinder können auch auf dem Rasen spielen. Die Stadt Tropea ist wunderschön und man gelangt von der Wohn-/Ferienanlage schnell dorthin. Mit dem Kinderwagen ist es aber anstrengend, weil ein Teil des Weges steil bergauf führt. Tropea hat wunderschöne Strände. Cristian ist ein freundlicher und sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber, der immer sofort reagiert und alles perfekt im Griff hat. Er gibt auch tolle Tipps. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Very close to the RcD Centrale (train station), many food stores, bakeries, food/veggie shops around. Apartment is very spacious, has renoved bathroom and is located on ground floor (but no worries, it feels very safe, there is only 1 window overlooking the street). Tiziana replies in, literally, minutes, so there was no communication issues. The only thing I would recommend to be prepared for is quite old kitchen cutlery + some other kitchen equipments like chopping board, glasses, bowls etc. Overall - very nice place for stay in Reggio di Calabria :)

In una ventosa domenica di settembre io e la mia famiglia con un piccolino di 21 mesi al seguito siamo arrivati a Praialonga, che si è rivelata essere una meravigliosa scoperta. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati ottimi padroni di casa disponibili H24, puntuali, guide costanti nella scoperta del posto. Caterina da subito ci ha deliziato con un dolce di benvenuto con marmellata di ribes nero fatta da lei(deliziosa!). La casa situata in un complesso residenziale con piazzetta centrale è al terzo piano senza ascensore di fatto è davvero molto bella, curata e funzionale in ogni sua parte e con una veduta impagabile. La pace che abbiamo respirato in quel periodo è difficilmente descrivibile a parole e si può solo provare sulla propria pelle. Sulla spiaggia avevamo ombrellone e sdraio e la possibilità di poter usufruire di un kajak per arrivare alla vicina spiaggia dei calanchi, raggiungibile anche via terra muniti di opportune scarpette da scogli. E’ stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della pace, della natura e del buon cibo. La spiaggia è adattissima per bambini.

Ottima struttura, con tutti i comfort necessari, la consiglierei a tutte quelle persone che vogliono godersi Reggio Calabria, grazie a lui ho potuto assistere al giuramento dei carabinieri della mia futura moglie Una struttura davvero moderna e con tutto ciò che occorre all’interno, affaccia sul mare e si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione e dai principali ristoranti e negozi della via principale. Antonio é una persona squisita, sono arrivato in stazione che pioveva a dirotto e si é offerto di darmi un passaggio oltre che spiegarmi tutto quello che riguardasse la struttura. É una persona molto attenta ai dettagli e non si fa problemi ad accontentare i clienti che scelgono di soggiornare li. Non rimarrete delusi, é un bellissimo salotto curato, minimal e moderno, vi accoglierá una bravissima persona dal cuore d’oro, raro al giorno d’oggi. Grazie di tutto Antonio, é stata la mia prima volta dove pago e sono anche felice😂 viva il sud.

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Gorgeous hilltop apartment with two terraces affording stellar views. Beautifully decorated with exposed stonework and wooden beams. Sitting on the top terrace with wine as the town lit up at night, was truly magical. It's a very special place. Highly recommend this off the beaten path hidden gem.

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Persone squisite e sempre disponibili. Location curata con dei fantastici alberi di clementine in giardino. Spiaggia e centro storico facili da raggiungere a piedi. Siamo stati benissimo, come essere a casa. Grazie ancora Flavio e a sua moglie. Consigliatissjmo!

Neue Wohnung in toller Lage, angenehme Gastgeber! Innerhalb 5 Minuten über Treppen an einem karibischen Traumstrand, menschenleer, zumindest im September. Tolle Terrasse mit Meer- und Stromboliblick, täglich Sonnenuntergang. Supermärkte in der Nähe, Auto erforderlich. Auch nach Pizzo sollte man nur mit dem Auto fahren. Strandbars waren im September bereits geschlossen, alles war sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Tolles sauberes Meer mit hohen Temperaturen, Strand leider stark plastikvermüllt

Tolle Wohnung im schönen Tropea. Gute Ausstattung und sauber. Für 4 Personen passt die Grösse. Bei 6 Personen wird es ziemlich eng. Strand und Städtchen sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir, 4-köpfige Familie, haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Antonio war nicht selber vor Ort, aber Kommunikation hat super geklappt.

Na een lange reis kwamen we aan in het appartement. Eerste indruk was top! Ruimtelijk en schoon! Tuin/terras geeft echt een toevoeging aan het huisje. Wij hadden een dag later problemen met de kookplaat. De host bood ons een andere appartement aan waar alle faciliteiten aanwezig waren en werkten. Christina reageerde altijd en snel! Super host!!

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La casa era pulitissima, all'interno non mancava nulla. Zona tranquilla e a pochi metri dal mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
