פעם שנייה שאנחנו מתארחים בבית היפיפה הזה, וכנראה לא האחרונה. בית מקסים, מעוצב בטעם, נוח, נעים ומזמין. קבלנו אותו מצוחצח וניכר שהושקעה מחשבה לקראת האירוח. נוף עוצר נשימה ומרחיב לב. מסלולי טיול משפחתיים בסביבה. רותי זמינה, נעימה ביותר, מתחשבת בכל היבט. מומלץ בחום

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by nature. Stayed there with two small children and would come again!

List’s place is beautiful, very close to the beach and has a lovely backyard. List was very communicative and gracious

Great stay!! Really beautiful house, nicer and bigger than looks in the pictures. Host is very helpful and friendly and always responds within a few minutes. Well worth the money paid.

our stay at the house was extraordinary, the surrounding landscape is out of this world and the host was very kind. the natural stone pool and beautyfuly constructed and decorated house added a lot to the atmosphere. worth every penny and then some.

הוילה יפה ומרווחת ונראית כמו בתמונות. בריכה נעימה מאוד והבית בנוי ככה שהיא כל הזמן בצל אז לא צריך קירוי (כדאי לבקש להדליק את חימום המים בבריכה יום לפני). המטבח מאובזר ונוח לבישול. המענה היה מהיר ויעיל מאוד לאורך כל התקופה. היינו שתי משפחות עם ילדים והיה לנו כיף גדול!

מאיה הייתה זמינה וקשובה. נשמח להתארח אצלה גם בעתיד.

Beautiful area in Tel Aviv, only couple blocks away from beach. Lots of cafe's and restaurants in the area and supermarket next door made it super convenient. The beach promenade is beautiful, we spent two full days on the beach sipping pina coladas and relaxing in the sun and swimming in the Mediterranean sea. Very friendly and relaxing area, i felt that i could easy relocate to this area or retire here. Apartment is cozy and was perfect for my family of 4, host was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. So convenient having supermarket next door, we cooked breakfast almost every day and the cafe down the block had the best crossiants. I miss Tel Aviv already, I will for sure be back.

The apartment is larger than it seems in pictures and it is very well equipped. There is a lot of attention to details, we found plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom, as well as water bottles, coffee, snacks and even yogurt in the fridge. I can’t say much about the kitchen, because we only used the Nespresso machine there. The attached parking space is a huge plus for those who arrive there by car. All-in-all, I would like to be able to stay there again.

great host and great place very close for everything we needed. the house was great clean and fully equipped for kids and family. highly recommend we will use this house again for our next visit in Israel!

This stay was an easy 5/5. Petty is a an amazing hostess and the apt is just great! Clean and with all the amenities you may want. It was an absolute pleasure staying there.

Shosh was a wonderful host and was very responsive. We enjoyed staying at her place and would recommend it for anyone looking for a quieter location that gives easy access to all Tel Aviv has to offer. We loved the location.

התארחנו בפסח שני זוגות חברים עם 4 ילדות קטנות. הביתה היה מאובזר לגמרי, מרווח, נקי ונעים. יש בבית חדר עם אמבטיה וחדר עם מקלחון ובנוסף, היה גם לול וכיסא אוכל לתינוקת. היתרון המרכזי הוא החצר המקסימה שמלאה בפינות ישיבה ומשחק עבורנו ועבור הילדות. הג'קוזי היה נעים וחם עם מים נקיים. נתן היה מסביר פנים, הסביר לנו הכל והיה זמין עבורנו. נהנינו מאוד, תודה!

Лев прекрасный хозяин, очень гостеприимный и ответственный. Самые доступные цены в городе, как выяснилось в итоге. Рекомендую именно Льва, у него есть несколько вариантов и всегда чисто. Всегда можно позвонить и договориться о чем угодно. Это лучший семейный отпуск!!!

בתור אחד שעובר הרבה במלונות או בדירות לשכירות טווח קצר אני רוצה להגיד שהמענה שקיבלתי מהמארח Sam פשוט ענה כל ציפייה וממש היה אדיב ונדיב, הדירה ממש נקיה ומסודרת , החניה התת קרקעית פשוט מעולה, הכל נגיש , המעליות והבנין נקיות תמיד, קל ופשוט להגיע למקום, יש הזמנת אוכל לבנין כולל הגעה של שליחים עד הדלת, הפרטיות היא מעל ומעבר, שקט ושלווה מהשכנים, יש נוף מדהים מהמרפסת - רואים את הים ואת כל הצפון!!! לסיום אני ממש ממליץ על הדירה ואין ספק שאחזור לכן!! תודה רבה לך Sam היקר 🙏🏼 💙

This unit is very cozy and nice. the kitchen is nice and basic, and the living area is cozy. it's nice to have the yard and the dogs are very very friendly and love attention. all in all this is a very nice place to stay and really near Meir hospital if you are in need of a medical assistance. Debby and Ori were very attentive and helpful

A few things that stood out that I wasn't expecting: high ceilings, so close to Dizengof square yet very quiet and peaceful, the bedroom window looks out to a fruit tree, there was a candle and lighter that were very handy. Ofer was very welcoming and responsive. I'd recommend this place if you want to be in the middle of the action in Tel Aviv, but still want peace and quiet. Thank you Ofer for the wonderful stay!

our third time there, great as always. we will look forward to go back, as soon as we schedule a trip to tel aviv.

Avishay Wohnung ist eine Wohlfühl-Oase. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr schön geschnitten. Alles war sehr sauber und alle Geräte waren zu 100 Prozent funktionsfähig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
