I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was seamless and responses were prompt and helpful. The provided amenities, such as kitchenware and linens, were of expectations. Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit at BES Bldng can actually be compared to condo units in other prime condominiums and them accommodating us set the standadard high, they have quality service too. Enjoyed staying at their unit.

Wow — just wow! The place gives off serious 5-star hotel vibes, especially with how clean it is. Bed? Super comfy. Internet? It’s fiber — major win! Would be even better if they had cable channels, but not a dealbreaker. Love that the room uses electronic access — no need to worry about losing a key or card, and easy to share access. Kitchen's fully equipped too — we got to cook our own meals! Shower has great pressure, toilet’s all good. And if you're up for a little walk, Jollibee, McDo, and a bunch of food spots are just around the corner. Jeepney access is nearby too. Solid stay, highly recommended!

The host provided very clear instructions (with pictures) on how to check in and access the parking slot provided. The parking slot is located just across the elevator access. The place offers a wonderful view of Taal Volcano; too bad there is no balcony where one can enjoy coffee while taking in the cool morning breeze. We enjoyed staying in Jeanne's place, since it is equipped with the necessities for a short-term stay.Designs are neat, beds are comfortable. There are grocery stores nearby (SM and Robinsons), as well as restaurants Overall, booking here is worth the money. We'll definitely book this place again!

The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!
