Ideally situated, a short 2 minute walk to Burrill lake and across the road from one of the South Coasts’ most beautiful beaches. A shared bike/walking path at the front door, connecting you to Ulladulla with the added bonus of two playgrounds, bakery, cafe, IGA and fish’n’chip shop within walking distance.

Located within gorgeous Murramarang National Park with walking trails starting just outside the front door including the newly opened Murramarang South Coast Walk. North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
