Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Collected worldly treasures and warm textiles set the tone, while a folksy speakeasy hides behind a bookcase. Soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or slip into the fully heated and cooled vintage camper for cards, cocktails, or an impromptu photoshoot. The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. You have the use of fishing poles, 2 kayaks and a canoe with life vests

Step back in time in an 120 year old farm house. Enjoy the view of Flint Hills from the many windows, while the indoors provide you with modern conveniences. Take a walk to the creek, or just roam the Kansas prairies. In the evenings, spend time around the outdoor fire pit, listening to nature and making s'mores. It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

We are in a rural setting with the nearest neighbor one mile away and out of sight. Your host couple live approximately 100 yards away. We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
