Great appartment with cozy garden and peaceful atmosphere. The host family keeps the place really clean. You have everything you need in the appartment. Recommend for those who want to have peaceaful vacation, away from city noisy.

As described a nice place! The apartment is nice and spacious and a good layout, bed also comfy. I would give this place an 8/10. A few silly faults - I found the apartment to be dark as it’s on ground level, the privacy wasn’t a problem as you couldn’t see in from outside but if you are spending a lot of time inside during the day it is very dark. The clothes dryer was also a problem, we did a lot of washing but the clothes dryer was broken and we weren’t able to hang on this, for a small amount a new one could be found from Migros and this problem would be solved quickly. The parking was a problem, the building has an underground parking lot but this was not accessible during our stay as they had no remote to open the door. The street parking was always full meaning we were parking 5 or 10 minute walk away, not great in the rain:( Last, the cleaning fee, on arrival found cigarettes crushed in the crack of the sofa, with lighters and crumbs. Not ideal when paying a cleaning fee

Topplek om hier wakker te worden, het geeft veel rust en om ieder moment het zwembad in te kunnen geeft je een grote voldoening. Veel ruimte, veel slaapkamers, een ideale plek om met een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen te komen. Zeker de moeite waard voor een volgende keer!!

Great location, bang on in the old town which is walkable to many restaurants and the harbour. Semih was very helpful and catered to all needs. Check in was very smooth and house was very neat and clean. However private parking isn't available, in a Short distance there is a public parking space.

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Evren is a fantastic host and very client-oriented. He allowed us to check in early and provided timely assistance whenever we needed it. The Airbnb is located in a quiet area, but it's just a 1-minute walk to the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had a great time at Evren's place. Just a minor suggestion: if the main door were easier to open and the shower head in the first-floor bathroom could be fixed, it would be perfect.

Amazing place to stay i Antalya. Propoerty is in the heart of Antalya. You have shops, Restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Amazing terrace where you can hear live music from nearby Restaurant. We loved that.

Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Everything was excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and equipped with all we needed. The location is just perfect, in a lovely little street right in the old town so ideal to walk around. The communication, check in (even earlier than the official time) and check out were smooth. We can definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back next time!!

Annem ve kardeşim engelli hiç sorun yaşamadan tatilimizi yaptık. Konum her yere yürüme mesafesi ve nezih bir semt. Evle ilgili veya bir eksikle ilgili sorun yaşamadım eve girmeden daha her şeyin kullanım videosu gelmişti. Erken giriş yaptık ve çıkış için saat sorunumuz olmadı sağolsun Engin Bey istediğimiz saate çıkış yapabileceğimizi söyledi.

Şükrü bey nezih, centilmen bir Evsahibi. Tüm sorulara hızlı şekilde cevap verdi. Yurt dışından misafirlerim ile konakladık ve kendileri çok memnun kaldılar. Ev çok temizdi. Konum denize 3-4 dakika mesafede. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bir sonra ziyaretimde başka bir alternatifim olmayacak. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

It was a great stay! Very welcoming host and a friendly atmosphere. They even invited us for an early check-in free of charge. When we asked for recommendations, they instantly sent us a list of restaurants in the area. The place is also very clean and spacious, with lots of books in the living room, so it was nice to read some in the evening. Thanks, Yildiz!

Bright spacious apartment with supermarket, bakery and bus stop literally right outside the door. Great and fast communication from hosts checking if we needed anything and providing extra supplies. Balcony gets sunshine until 4pm in March where can enjoy lovely atmosphere of adjacent community centre and school . Very comfortable bed, brilliant shower and hot water...lovely towels. Kitchen facilities great for cooking . 10 out of 10 ..would recommend without hesitation.

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser
