The property was perfect for us and our pups! We enjoyed walking to the river and taking the dogs for a swim. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had family over for a bbq and sat outside enjoying the cute surroundings and built a fire. The hosts were wonderful as well! Would love to stay again!!!

We were a last minute check in from riding the Arizona Peace Trail. Patters was very responsive and the house was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

We had such an amazing time. Perfect get away for our trip. Loved the Horseshoes as well. We also rented the house behind which made it easy for the whole family to be close together. Kids loved all the games that were available which helped keep them busy while we prepared meals etc.Thank you for helping us make some amazing memories. Thank you Joshua. We would love to come back again!

I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ryan was a fantastic host—very responsive to messages and always available if I needed anything. He also gave lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which really helped make the trip even better. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Ryan as a host!

This was the second time we've stayed here. It was just as nice and comfortable as the first time. Roseann and Danny were very responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here when we're back in town.

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

Very clean. If you have water vehicles the slips are right outside the livingroom balcony. The swimming pool is great within walking distance. You can also take your folding chairs on the dock right off the lake. Easy access for launcing your water vehicles further up the river.

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

Celebrated my Daughters 18th Birthday here. Everyone had a great time and the view was absolutely beautiful! The internet wasn’t working but Dom was very responsive and compensated us for that. Had this been a trip where I had to work it would have been terrible but we were there for fun only, not being able to watch tv didn’t ruin our vacation. The house its self was perfect for us and overall Dom was a great host! We would recommend other people to stay and will stay again in the future if we want to stay at a beautiful place right on the water! Most of all my Daughter and her friends had a great time celebrating being 18!!

I would like to say this was my second time booking this home, this time was just as lovely as the first. Very clean and very fun place to stay at. Everything was like 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will probably book it again soon.

My siblings and I traveled to the area for one of our sibling’s funeral. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. We didn’t do much cooking , only breakfast. We had what we needed to prepare our meals. Since everything we needed was there, I didn’t need to contact Eric about anything. Which was nice. I did find the entry code quit clever, very easy to remember. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Scott and Heather were so responsive when we had questions or when one of us got to town early. House was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked all our meals there, baked cookies and used the bbq. Everything we needed was supplied. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great place to stay. I’ve done this a lot and I’ve never had little amenities that were important provided. Keurig cups were provided for coffee, hot cocoa, etc.. what was really nice is the host also provided plastic cutlery and paper plates paper cups, etc. This made it so simple for meals. She described the parking very accurately. We were four professional bass fisherman with our vehicles and four boats, and we fit in the driveway. Yeah we stuck out a few feet into the street, but no more than a normal car with parking on the street. The game room was very nice. I’m sure in the summertime. It would be hot since it’s a converted garage. But it had darts it had all kinds of stuff for kids and adult adults. I would recommend this place. Especially to those who have toys that they tow around.

Comfy bed, awesome shower, fantastic fenced in private yard for our dog. We really enjoyed our quick overnight stay. Host was very accommodating regarding our request for an early check-in. We will absolutely book this Airbnb next time we're in the area. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay! 🙂

The house is spacious with good separation of space. The upper and lower patios were great and being right on the water was super. The views were incredible!

Denise is a 5-star hostess. Her beautiful, immaculate home is in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to shopping, Laughlin and the lake. She is very professional, kind and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend her to anyone renting in the Bullhead area.

great location, easy checjk in process. nice friendly neighborhood. beautiful beds! so very comfortable. personally I do my own cooking and the kitchen did lack some cookware that I wanted. but I managed just fine. Not much to do in Bullhead City though. we were there for the warm weather in March, which it was. Bonus Laughlin, NV a short drive across the river, casinos, shows, entertainment, and great restaurants.

Great spot for a crash pad during a lake weekend. Tons of beds and couches to crash on. Neighbor was very friendly and helpful. Tiny kitchen and dining area, so don't plan big meals there. Parking on the actual property is rough, but across the street offers plenty for all your trucks and boat/UTV trailers.
