Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Lovely and spacious self-contained two bedroom annexe to our family home in a tranquil, rural setting. Radcot Farm House is situated at the end of a long drive, surrounded by open countryside, arable farmland and uninterruped views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The annexe has its own entrance, enclosed private garden and ample parking for two cars outside. The WiFi at the property is slow due to the remoteness however phone signals are good in the area.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
