The place is right off the 'Place de Brouckère', so just off the pedestrian zone and close to the usual suspects (grand place, 'manneke pis' etc.), as well as restaurants, theaters etc....

It is a 130m2 luminous beautiful loft. It has windows all around and there's a 60m2 garden south orientated, so always sun.
