Un grand merci à Sandy pour la location de ce joli studio. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une décoration soignée et une ambiance très agréable. Tout était parfaitement propre et la prise du logement bien organisée. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les environs facilement. Je recommande ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu confortable et bien situé. Je reviendrai, c'est certain 😉😉 Bonne continuation Sandy et à très bientôt

Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Stylishly decorated and furnished. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. One of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend. Wendy was a great host - very responsive and able to recommend local restaurants and cafes.

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

Clean and well organised space, with nice personal touches! My gf and I sincerely appreciated Heidi’s responsiveness and attentiveness! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a short stay in Southend!

This is a lovely comfortable clean flat with lots of windows, great neighborhood and local views, and on site parking if needed. Town and waterfront are a 10 minute walk away, and you can hop on the Coastal Trail too for more exploring. We walked to Broadstairs in about an hour. There’s a great breakfast spot a minute up the road. All in all a fine peaceful relaxing getaway.

The house exceeded our expectations and was very well kitted out for large group cooking and had lovely living areas and bedrooms. Also a very nice area, a perfect trip!

A lovely spacious and beautifully presented house and garden that was perfect for our group of 5. Off street parking with a charge point was a bonus. We love Broadstairs anyway, but the location was great. Far enough from the centre to be peaceful but everything in easy walking distance. Karim was a great host and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

We had a lovely 3 night stay with our 2 young children. The house was as described, clean and nicely decorated. the travel cot and high chair available for our 1 year old were a bonus, saved us space in the car! The house is within walking distance to the city centre, cathedral, restaurants and local supermarket. It’s also round the corner from the train station, we easily got the train to Margate one day, being able to leave the car parked at the house was really handy. Great communication from Rebecca and Jo, very responsive and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a very central position. Everything was very clean and tidy. Could do with a few more kitchen essentials.

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s place. It was so close to the beach, which was fantastic for us and the kids, and was great for easy, nice walks to Margate or Broadstairs. The accommodation was really comfortable, it had everything we needed. All as described. The bunk beds were such a hit with our young kids. Lots of toys and things to do, strong internet too. We had a great time, thanks very much

What an amazing stay from start to finish. We was wowed as soon as we walked in to how lovely the house was. So spacious and a lovely garden area which is a perfect sun trap when the sun is out. The open plan kitchen/living area made it a great space for us to socialise with our friends and the bedrooms were very well done. A great location- we walked to whitstable and was a pleasant walk and some lovely little places in tankerton high street too which is literally round the corner. We even had an early morning swim and just as the beach was right on the doorstep. We would love to book again and would highly recommend. Debra was also very helpful and checked in over text asking if everything was ok including room temperatures etc. A great host

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home with our grown-up children. The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach and central Broadstairs. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra day with Will’s kind help, which we really appreciated. The house is very well equipped—we didn’t want for anything—and the thoughtful welcome gift was a lovely touch. Highly recommended, we would love to return!

I would highly recommend this location and host. The apartment is new and is exactly as shown in the photos, nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location for local amenities. Private parking right outside the apartment. It was super easy to get in with the hosts instructions. The host was super responsive in answering our questions.

Very nice apartment right on the beach promenade of Calais. Very well equipped kitchen for home cooking. We were there in January, but in summer it should be really perfect for beach holidays & near by a nice city. Recommended !

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

I had a wonderful stay at Becca’s place in central Folkestone. It’s a really cool place with very friendly hosts. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really peaceful. It’s a short stroll down to the creative quarter and the harbour side/beach. Becca’s place is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment has a massive comfy bed, lovely drip shower and a big living room and kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay in Folkestone. It’s right across from a lovely park. There’s a shop round the corner which is super convenient too. Folkestone had cool cafes, amazing restaurants and pubs with great food. The town is arty and fun. I’d 100% stay again.

What can I say, Dave & Michelle are fantastic hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment with such lovely gardens to look out at. The apartment was spotless and soo welcoming and comfortable, it truly was home from home, Towels were so lovely and fluffy and along with the linen all looked brand new. The hot tub was the next level, soo good, large nice and deep looks out so u can see some of the sea and the sunsets were fantastic. Dave helped us with uncovering and recovering the tub and the water was lovely and hot the whole time, so no waiting for it to warm up. We’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t reckon more highly. Thank you 🤩
