What a wonderful find! A beautifully presented apartment just off the high street yet set back and private. With the variety of shops and cafes on the doorstep and the beach and harbour about 7 minutes walk away, the location was perfect. Absolutely nothing to improve! I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying again.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Danika’s place was immaculately clean and well-presented, with lots of thoughtful finishing touches. The location is really good - right on the coast, with views out to sea and just a 15 minute stroll down the promenade into Margate proper. We even booked a meal in Westgate-On-Sea from the recommendation pack in the flat which was lovely.

Nancy was such a wonderful host really looking after us on our trip. The flat is lovely and spacious with everything you need and a great view of the sea. As it was a trip with friends before having my baby Nancy even gifted me a gift. Which is beyond what I would expect from any host. Thank you so much Nancy I can’t wait to visit again next year with my baby boy!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was beautifully clutter-free, creating such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. perfect for unwinding. The decor was thoughtfully done and gave the flat a cozy yet stylish feel. I especially loved the bath! it was such a treat after a long day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, which made cooking super easy, and loved the big dinning area. A couple of small downsides: the TV in the front room didn’t work during my stay, and being a ground floor flat, I could hear a fair bit of noise from upstairs. The garden could also use a bit of tidying up (we had our dog and was a little uneasy with him being out there). That said, I would definitely stay again. The peaceful interior more than made up for the minor issues!! Thank you so much!

A well situated property. Easy access to town centre and local amenities. Norman was an excellent host with great communication. The property was well equipped and spacious and as described. Very easy to find and off street parking was great. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Just what we wanted as a base to visit family for a week. Lovely very centrally located flat, close to the sea. Lots to do and see within walking distance. Only significant downsides - very noisy at night on weekend and lots of stairs. Otherwise pretty much perfect. Friendly and helpful host. Pretty and comfortable accommodation. Dishwasher very small but we didn't cook so not really a problem. Lovely coffee bar (Giant) and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time walking along the coast to Ramsgate. RAF museum at Manston also recommended.

We loved our stay in Herne Bay, and the apartment was a great base. Lovely view from the dining table, and a comfortable place to be. Plus, the Easter treats were much appreciated! I hope we’ll be back one day.

Ala and Mario’s place was lovely - super cosy, clean and full of nice little details. Would definitely recommend as it’s also great quality for value!

This was such a lovely little gem to find. It was perfect for what we wanted. Scenery is beautiful with the fort in view. Would recommend the 2 hour walk along the coast too. Would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to cafes / restaurants. 10 walk into the main area of Margate. Bright modern top floor flat, very comfortable bed, nice bath and little terrace that looks onto the sea. Responsive host and clear instructions Would stay again when visiting Margate.

The basement flat was a lovely cosy place. Really close to all amenities and Jo was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a fantastic break. We would definitely stay again.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Vor allem der Whirlpool und auch der Ausblick hat uns überzeugt. Außerdem gab es dort einige Parkmöglichkeiten!

What an amazing location and space. Beautiful views into the sea and a gorgeous balcony. Sonia and Lee were so accommodating and friendly. Extremely flexible with great communication. We would recommend this for anyone looking for that Folkestone getaway.

Got a call from Robbie on how to check in & how to use the facilities that’s available in the aqua therapy room. He was friendly & gave clear instructions. We found the place easy & got parking. Everything was immaculate from the minute we walked through the front door & entered our apartment. I place was amazing & we were so excited to say. Weather was perfect & we enjoyed the balcony with its amazing view. The place was perfect. The message chair & jacuzzi we used & we enjoyed it. Perfect get away for my husband’s birthday. Thanks Robbie for everything it was perfect 👌

Beautiful house right along the beach front. Helen was really easy to communicate with and made sure we felt right at home. Hot tub was a lovely addition too ☺️ would defo recommend!

Bonjour, nous avons passer un très bon séjour, le logement était juste magnifique. Pamela est une hôte en or. Très réactive et agréable. Toujours disponible (attendu jusqu’à 2h du matin🙏🏾) Sincèrement j’en ai fait des logements au vue de mon emploi mais celui-ci fait parti de mon top 3. Entre l’emplacement, la décoration et l’hôte. C’est sincèrement un logement que je recommande. À très bientôt et encore merci Pamela
