Welcome to Historic Bristol right outside your door! You are located in the center of town on beautiful Hope Street. Step out the door onto the Red, White and Blue landscape of the town. Perfectly located: 30 minutes from Providence, Newport & Fall River. 60 minutes from Boston. Less than 2 miles from many Bristol wedding venues. Walk to downtown restaurants & shops, one block to the waterfront. Within 1/2 mile of East Bay Bike Path and a 5 minute ride to Roger Williams University.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
