We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. It's tucked away in a quaint neighborhood so it's a quiet atmosphere and very safe. The rooms are spacious and have large windows to bring in lots of light. There are large TVs, plenty of space to relax, and great amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Garage beneath is not accessible to guests at this time.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

Trudy's Cheyenne Apartment

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.
