Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Air Fryer, Microwave, TV, PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Comfortable cosy flat near Bath and Bristol

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv with Netflix/Amazon prime/sports channels.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

Beautiful cosy summer house

Recently completed, purpose built summerhouse. Perfect for 1-2 adult guests. Conveniently located 6 miles from Bristol city centre and 10 miles from Bath city centre. Both are easily accessible via car, public transport and bicycle. The summerhouse consists of a double bedroom and a separate shower room, with sink and toilet. It is accessible via a private gate located at the back of the garden. There is also free on street parking in a cul-de-sac location.

Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Bluebell Hut

Located between Bristol and Bath this stay is the perfect base for sight seeing in the south west. Alternatively it’s everything you need for a romantic mini break. Inside a microwave, gas hob with whistling kettle and fridge with freezer to prepare meals. A sofa, smart tv, double bed and WiFi to kick back and relax inside with a view of the field where often deer and even a hedgehog are seen. Outdoor seating area to make the most of being outdoors.
