Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. This is a full basement w/private entrance and private space. We live on the top two floors. A quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa bed queen and a futon with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no kitchen but access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils.
