Je umiestnený v100 r. dome na 3.P na frekventovanej ulici, ale okná sú smerom na hotel v blízkosti.V hoteli je skvelá slovenská reštaurácia a predajňa vína s domácimi produktami z malokarpatskej oblasti.Z okna je výhľad na Slavín. Zastávka autobusu je umiestnená asi 50 metrov od bytu. Na vlak sa viete dostať do 8min, autobusová stanica 10 min. Centrum je do 10min. peši.
