Great Delray cottage! I recently spent 5 nights at this property with my family. We were permitted early check in. Everything was spotless and looked just like the photos , if not nicer! Once we settled in we realized that there were some items included in the listing that were not provided like wine glasses and beach towels. I messaged Andy and he came early the next morning with the items I mentioned AND MORE! Everything was brand new! We joked that it was like Christmas morning. The property is super comfortable and walkable. I will definitely stay here again!

The space was perfect for our visit. The outdoor area was super nice and relaxing. Paul was very responsive throughout our stay and to our specific requests. Will definitely be back as we visit our daughter in college.

This is the fifth time I've stayed here, and every time is a delight. Great hosts, great location, easy in every way. I'll be back next year!

The stay was amazing. I wish we had chosen to stay more days. I showed this place and our pictures to friends and they want to come back with me. The pool had some plants/bugs in it when we arrived nothing crazy just typical florida things but the very next day a Pool cleaner showed up. It made our stay perfect since the only reason we had to go out was to go to the beach but once the pool was nice and clean combined with the hot tub (which was perfect) we had no reason to want to go anywhere. The decor of the home is super cute and everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back! Also so many restaurants, activities, and the beach are just a $10 Uber ride away!

We will definitely be back here! Beautiful cottage, within a pretty neighborhood to walk your pups in or walk 20 min to restaurants and shops. Beach is a quick drive. The house itself was equipped with so much! We had a great time grilling, playing ping pong, corn hole, and our dog loved the fenced in back yard

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely week in West Palm Beach, staying at the Magical Marina Cottage. Communication from Katiuska was top notch. The porch is a fabulous asset of this property — great for reading, working, sipping coffee, whatever you choose. It was nice to be able to do laundry and having available beach gear was also great. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The dedicated parking space in the gated front yard is also a major plus. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.

Toni's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Florida for a family memorial, and Toni herself was *extremely* helpful and communicative! The home itself was perfect, the amenities provided were fantastic, the walkability of the neighborhood was amazing, and the lovely outdoor area made me wish I could have orchids growing on trees in Illinois (there's also a GIANT staghorn fern ball hanging outside the back door - my jaw dropped when I saw it). Highly recommend the Riverside Market a few minutes walk from the home (make sure to try the fried chickpeas!) and the pizza spot across the street from there :)

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

From reservation, to check-in to check out Nadine was awesome and responsive. The property was exactly as described. It felt homey and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood and the back porch overlooking the canal was peaceful and beautiful. Added bonus, we loved being able to bring our small dog Yoshi. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a future visit. Nadine was a superhost. We give our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Very spacious and enough amenities to comfortably support 6 people. Great location for FLL, Las Olas, or the Hard Rock Casino. Pool is fantastic. Definitely a steal compared to other listings in the area.

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Amazing place and excellent host. Close to the beach and lots to do in the area. Family and I enjoyed it and will be coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

Amit’s house is exactly as described. We enjoyed the space and patio. I wish there were a second bathroom, even just being 4 people, when nature calls …. Beach was pretty close and the house had chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is full equiped. It was a good experience and worth the price.

Really enjoyed living here! Jovany is really responsive and helpful, and he even invited us to a barbecue he was hosting. The unit was really clean and stocked with adequate toiletries for the stay. Driveway could also fit 2-3 cars which was very convenient. Overall an awesome stay!

This was my second time at this property, and it was just as wonderful as my first stay! Super comfortable bed and bedding, wonderful towels, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated inside and out, and all within a couple of blocks of Phil foster park and blue heron bridge. I was able to park my 22-foot boat trailer easily in the long driveway. The backyard is heavenly. Highly recommend!

We live bed the comfort of the home it was perfect for what we needed vs hotel. We could actually relax both outside the house or inside. It was nice to watch neighbors walking with their dogs. I certainly enjoyed the easiness going back and forth to our PGN club for Tennis, golfing and working out. We definitely will rent again from Brandon.

Enjoyed our SECOND visit. Good access to WPB, Nationals ballpark, restaurants, beaches. Comfortable and private house with a nice yard to enjoy the sun.

Excellent overall experience in one of my favorite parts of Miami! Christophe's place suited my needs perfectly and the yard exceeded my expectations.

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.
