Amazing place and location. Incredible views over the islands. Perfect location near the main strip of shops. The whole process was easy as we were met at the airport and taken straight there. Having the use of the buggy made it so easy to get around. The home had everything we needed. Would love to return.

Great location, quick walk down the hill to the main street, lagoon and Port of Airlie. Very nice unit, with an amazing view out over the bay. Handy to have a pool downstairs also.

Hydeaway Bay is a hidden gem in the beautiful Whitsundays, it’s only a short drive to Airlee Beach or Proserpine. Rods place is ideal to explore the region or to just chill and enjoy the views from his place which has all the amenities to enable you to feel right at home. If you don’t want to travel, it is worth noting that Coles or Woolies do deliver to Hydeaway but sometimes you need to book ahead in case their delivery schedule is full.

Absolutely beautiful and so elegant, would definitely come back to stay and highly recommend.

This is the second time we've stayed and we absolutely love it. We'll be back again soon. Lots of room, walk to beach, nearby pub and shop are great, stinger net and if you need a dose of hustle and bustle, Airlie is not far away. Amanda is a responsive and helpful host.

We had an amazing 3 nights at Shirley's place. The house was exactly as described in a beautiful location with sensational views. We ate all of our meals on the expansive verandah overlooking the ocean. The beds are comfy, the living and dining area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Kick back, relax and enjoy the serenity in this wonderful home.

We had a fantastic stay here. Beautiful house lots of room and you wouldn’t think there were 10 of us staying there. We loved the views and easy to get to places we needed. All very happy and pleased. Thank you

Great Spot to stay on the island. We were greeted at the airport on time as well as pick up. Alecia was proactive & responsive to all communication's. Golf buggy perfect! (Range Rover for a bit a class!) I would have liked a few more wine/champagne glasses (not plastic) as well as some like basics (salt pepper etc ) for bbq. All in all great experience & thanks to our great hosts!

We loved the place and the view from the house! Helen and Shane are amazing hosts — they even provided milk, bread, and fruit for us on arrival. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

A great location, so close to Airlie. Pool is great for cooling down after a day full of activities.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, décoré avec goût, très propre et totalement privé — un vrai havre de paix. Les hôtes sont exceptionnels : chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours disponibles tout en restant discrets. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort des invités. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

The walk up the hill is certainly a tough workout but no complaints at all about the apartment - clean with a stunning view

Perfect house for a relaxing get away with family. We loved the beach access from the backyard and the pool on the deck. The house is clean and well looked after.
