One bedroom apartment in the classy and historic Boone National Building. Built in 1907, this building is a landmark in downtown Boone. Cozy, but cute, this unit has full sized stove & fridge, queen sized bed, combination tub/shower, elevator, 24/7 video surveillance and a coin operated laundry in the basement. Book shelves not real, are a mural! The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Suite Dreams

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place! It is an "apartment", but it's the only one in the building. The Suite sits above a winery in a pastoral setting outside of town. You can relax in your own living space with Internet, Internet TV, and Wi-FI. A fully equipped kitchen including a wine fridge are at your convenience. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a TV, a phone charger, and lots of storage. The bathroom is super spacious with a full shower and includes a washer and dryer.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Rail Explorers, Boone Scenic Valley RR, Seven Oaks Recreation Area, and Des Moines River Valley. Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.
