Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Le Petit Abris at Gunks EcoLodge

Now open in Winter, but subject to refunded cancellation if Snow makes the driveway unpassable for those without 4 or all wheel drive. This rental is a small cabin in the woods of New Paltz, NY. The cabin sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in the loft and has a pullout couch with a quality queen size mattress. The kitchen is equipped but does not have an oven. Streaming TV and Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.
