This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

We have several parks, preserves, and kayak launches close. You'll be within 2 hours of Allegany State park, and Letchworth State park, and just 2.5 hours from Niagara Falls! Staying in? You'll find true serenity on the back porch, listening to the creek from your adirondack chair!

Quiet cabin in the woods with pond view/firepit

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

This cabin is located in the Enchanted Mountains and just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. The cabin is a great place for a quiet getaway for nature lovers. It has a private, quiet & secluded environment located in the middle of 138 acres of forested, hilly terrain with many maintained trails & roads for hiking & wildlife observation. The cabin is located on a private game preserve. No hunting, trapping, or fishing foraging. Dogs are welcome. Other pets must be approved. There is a $35.00 charge for pets.

Cozy one bedroom Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
