The house was beautifully decorated and pristine. Host was very helpful and responsive.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Beautiful home is a great location for all the attractions of hove and still not far from the hustle and bustle of Brighton. Very close to the station so great and easy for travelling to. The flat is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to return and will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Ben! :)

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

Perfect. Booked this flat for my Dad's visit and he felt right at home. Easy to access, very well presented, and great location near lot's of eateries and the seafront. Thank you Catherine.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Lovely flat that is bright, airy, very clean and close to the beach. Stayed with my family of 5 and there’s plenty of room. Mark is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. There is lots to do in Brighton and the flat is in a very convenient and pleasant location. It is very close to the main bus routes which take you to either Brighton or Hove. The flat is close to the shops if you need things and the flat is nicely laid out with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a fold out bed in the front room which is useful. The rooms are nicely furnished and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Eleanor is an excellent host. Many thanks Sylvia.

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend
