Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

This cabin was an incredible weekend escape! We were thrilled to see an otter swimming in the river right in the backyard. The house was warm and cozy, a perfect haven from the snow. The hot tub was warm and relaxing, the ideal way to unwind after a day of adventuring or skiing.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

**An unforgettable stay!** The lodge was everything we hoped for and more. The setting is absolutely breathtaking—you can hear the peaceful babbling of the creek from the house, which adds a relaxing, natural soundtrack to your stay. The mountain views are incredible, far more stunning than the pictures can capture. One of the best parts was having St. Mary’s Glacier just minutes away—it made for a perfect day trip and added so much to our experience. The house was cozy, clean, and well-stocked. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

The cabin and property was surreal! Highly recommend staying here! Both GPS on Apple Maps and Google maps directed us to the cabin. There’s a fork in road by the metal containers and you can go either way around the tree, and then turn left and you’ll see their green sign. The creek and outdoor is beautiful. And the cabin is very cozy. They have a ROKU TV which I was very familiar in using. We didn’t miss the microwave. They have seasonings, some baking ingredients, and other misc supplies for general housekeeping, including coffee filters & detergent. If there’s any chance of heavy snow, which we experienced, AWD is doable, but the 4x4 is recommended, it’s a rough dirt road when you turn into their street address. Their shovel was very helpful to scoop at the top of the hill, and to park our vehicle. Then, as the snow melted the next 24 hrs, we were able to park down by the cabin. Our hostess was always quick to respond. And the guy & his dog who moved the snow, was very helpful.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful cabin! It was perfect for me and my four friends, plus our two dogs. The cabin is cozy and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sledding with the sleds they provided was so much fun and a highlight of our trip — a great way to enjoy the snowy surroundings! We also loved the grill, which was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the hot tub was the cherry on top after a day of outdoor adventures. The host was also super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends (and dogs)! We’ll definitely be back.

We had the best time staying at Moose Landing, From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The place was exactly as described cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated , Natalie was incredibly helpful, providing clear communication. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

This was a very peaceful, quiet home. Extremely clean, pup friendly and full of spa-like amenities. We loved the fireplace, cozy blankets, room/shower sprays, white noise machines and diffusers in every bedroom, giant comfy dog beds for our fur baby. Don’t forget the towel warmer before you hit the pristine hot tub with provided robes and towels. Brooke was very communicative, not that we needed to reach out for much. The property is on a dirt road but was very easy to find and we kept GPS signal the entire drive there from Denver. The WiFi worked perfectly the whole time. Ceiling fans work wonders and there is a small fan in the main bedroom for extra flow and white noise at night. No TV in the main bedroom but we slept with door open and could see the TV in bed perfectly. The mountain air more than Made up for no AC at night. All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing time outside the city and would definitely book again. Don’t hesitate, book this property now!

Greg and Keri were proactive with communication and had provided clear instructions for the hot tub and checkout. The location was great! It was off the beaten path enough to be really peaceful and close enough to civilization that it's there if you want it. We had lunch and bought groceries in Fairplay and enjoyed our pitstops in Alma on the way to a couple of excursions into Breckenridge, If you're into fine dining I highly recommend Roostalk in Breckenridge. The food was amazing and the service was the best I've ever experienced. We made a reservation for the chef's counter, which gives you a front row seat for the kitchen, on Saturday night. We loved it so much we came back for Sunday happy hour ($12 burger and fries). We loved the experience of staying here!

Great location - private, but a short drive into the charming town of Fairplay. Great space for a couple.

Jesse’s home was comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was wonderful for our family, and we enjoyed the large open living room with the a-frame windows to admire the view. The home was very well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook at home - there was even tea & coffee available for us. Just 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, can’t beat this location. 10/10!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

We had a great time at Danae's cabin! We were there for a long weekend, skiing at Loveland and it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The house was one of the most well stocked AirBnb's I've every stayed at -- from the kitchen to the amount of bath towels and even a closet full of toys and games for the kids. Will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! Such a small hidden gem that truly makes you feel one with nature. From the clear starry nights in the Hot tub, to the windy nights which the fire place came very handy this place was a great little home. The location was great for us & Fairplay had some great places for drinks and food. We hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful stay and it was exactly what we were looking for! It was a very cosy experience and I would book again! It snowed quite a lot during our stay, which was wonderful for our skiing! Each room had its own heater so we stayed nice and warm.

Sharon and team were absolutely great to work with. I did have a few changes that made it clunky for them, but they went with it and never showed any frustration. I really like the place. Two bedrooms were very comfortable and my Son loved the sleeping arrangement in the upstairs living area with all the incredible views. My Lab loved it. My boys liked it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This place was great! Checking in is super easy, and easy to get to. We had 6 guests, and there were plenty of beds and space to not feel on top of each other. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals which was great as well. Would definitely go back when I head to Breck in the future!

This is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for something in nature with great access to nearby skiing. It’s quaint but works as a nice home base.

Everything was as expected…I had a beautiful stay. Austin and Victoria did a great job remodeling this old cabin…it is comfortable, warm, cozy and feels like home. Wi-Fi and smart tv worked great. As they mention in their description, there is no cell phone service (at least not ATT). Cabin is back about 6 miles on CO 103, and you will loose your signal about 2 miles back. But wifi is strong and easily fast enough for WiFi calling/ FaceTime. Than you!

Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay! Great host! Had one little problem at the first but had a phone number to call and answered first call, problem was fixed within 5 mins! SUPER Responsive! Russ is great! Many more listings in the area also owned by Russ! Check them out! Oh yeah, and the Hot Tub for this place was amazing after a day of skiing! Close enough to the slopes to drive to also! Stay out of the clutter of Breckenridge and come to laid back fairplay!

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
