An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Country and city views (amazing night light views) with outdoor sitting areas. Located on 40 acres with wildlife close by. Parking located to the left of the barn. Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio

Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.

The Container House and Sauna

The Container House and Sauna in Wombat State Forrest, Blackwood Victoria. Comprised of two fourty foot shipping containers, fitted out to create a unique and comfortable stay. With two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 bunk room) the house sleeps four comfortably. More beds may be available subject to availability. A seven minute walk to town, Blackwood Pub, Post Office Cafe, Blackwood Mineral Springs reserve, Lerdederg River and walking tracks. Warm yourself this winter with a relaxing hot sauna!
