Our thoughtfully renovated little 1970’s apartment is literally just a stone’s throw from the beach and 3 minute drive to Kingston amenities. Smell the fresh, salt air and the eucalypt trees, taste the coffee and food at the local cafes & restaurants (only 2 minutes walk!), and enjoy putting your feet up to relax at The Kingswood. There are many nearby adventures to be had with the Huon Valley just 20 minutes drive away and Hobart CBD 12 minutes, but you'll probably just want to enjoy the beach!

The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin.

High quality, fully self-contained, contemporary accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful garden setting, surrounded by bushland, birds and local fauna. Set in the heart of the Tinderbox Environmental Living Zone, stocked with homemade bread and produce, the chalets are a delightful place to relax and unwind. They also provide a great base to explore Hobart, the Huon Valley and Bruny Island, just over 20 minutes drive from each. Cafes, restaurants and shops are a short drive away.
