Fácil acesso às autoestradas. Apenas 5 minutos a pé do Tesco, biblioteca e correios. O Heaton Park fica a 5 minutos de carro. 1-sofá-cama em uma das salas, que pode acomodar mais 2 pessoas, aumentando a capacidade da casa para 9 pessoas. Entanto, é importante trazer a sua própria roupa de cama para o sofá-cama.
