Lovely place to stay handy for everything you could walk into Stratford 30mins but easy and cheap to use Uber, if you wanted a drink or short drive.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Great location walkable from train station and city centre booked last minute host was very responsive, and friendly Cleaning fee a little high considering the size of the property almost the same as nightly fee £75

Mohammed’s place was really warm and cozy and had everything I needed. Mohammed was very helpful and pleasant and on hand in case there were any problems which there wasn’t. I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed 👍

Lovely few nights here, host was very friendly. The place was spotless and much bigger than I thought. Breakfast items and drinks were left which was a nice touch. I'd stay again if visiting the area 😊

I had a great stay at this lovely little apartment. It was very clean well-kept and smelled amazing the moment I walked in. The space was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

Really lovely stay with Andy again and I plan to stay again. Andy has everything you need and communicates really well with you and also kept me company on some evenings in his lovely garden while the weather was so nice. Absolutely 0 complaints. The location is brilliant, less than a 10 min drive from UHCW on a lovely road with many fields nearby. Thanks again Andy, always a pleasure.

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

Place was ideal and fit for purpose. Having an enclosed driveway to park my car in was a useful add on feature.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.

Nice, easy stay in central Northampton. Large 3 bed flat, appropriately furnished & supplied. It did everything we needed of it. No issues, I’d book again

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Ideal place for a short trip, and it was great having a very secure garage for the car

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

Mihir was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Apartment as very clean and spacious. Great kitchen provisions and TV and living room was very cosy. Location was off the main road but close to local shops and supermarkets. Easy access and ground floor.

The location is about a 20 minute walk from town downhill. The host was very helpful and met us there to show us around which made it super easy. The flat was clean and tidy and had a nice coffee/drink station which was nice. Overall it's really good value for money if there is a group of you staying here and going out/sight seeing as there are plenty of available beds and off street parking.
