Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

Stayed for a trip to the NEC. James was a great host and even had a small complimentary selection of coffee, milk etc. Beyond a single bowl being dirty the place was immaculate. the choice to have a heavy duvet on the beds during this season was a weird one but not at all something that should deter you from booking! The only improvement we could have had would have been to have a slightly better table in the front 'bedroom' downstairs and maybe rotate the bed around just so guests had somewhere to sit and chat in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay for the 2 Nights, decently priced for the 4 of us and would happily stay there again!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

Honoured to have Faydene's listing as my first Air bnb experience. Amazing value for money for a weekend getaway, very cosy and clean and came with treats.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely wecoming family with a beautiful home. We had everything we needed, with a lovely stocked larder for making our own simple breakfast and they were very responsive to our needs. It was perfectly placed to visit the local National Trust properties and to also catch the train into Birmingham. In the evening we enjoyed a strolling round their gorgeous grounds.

Thank you so much for another perfect stay. I’d placed an order for a special meal to arrive, but hadn’t left enough time to have it arrive at home before leaving, Joanna was kind enough to allow the package to arrive on the day of our stay, she even unpacked it for us and placed in the fridge. Friendly welcome, beautiful little place for a couple of nights away. Everything you could need for a stay. Milk, bread, butter, eggs and jam all waiting for our arrival. Look forward to our next stay.

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

David and Justine are extremely kind and accommodating. The homemade breakfast items and fruit are a treat every morning! Special diets are taken into account and the hosts aim to make your stay special and comfortable. I was given directions for a lovely walk in the hills which I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the electric blanket and space heater to take the chill off when needed. Shops for food and restaurants are a very short walk down the road.

Mick is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking seasonings and essentials which made cooking really easy. The BBQ hob was also a great bonus for outdoor meals. The room and bed were super cozy perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Another great stay at Steve and Sally's Airbnb situated in a lovely village......plentiful breakfast, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and attention to detail exceptional 👌

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Very hospitable and very friendly. Showed us how to make tea, use the microwave and provided crockery. Tap water from their built in water filter was fabulous (tasted "light" and noticeably different). Would definitely book again if we return to the area.

What a gem of a place really worth double what is charged. Quiet relaxing clean home from home amazing place
