Walking distance to both Langland bay and Caswell bay beaches, perfect for relaxing or catching the waves. PLEASE NOTE: It is warm and dry with a modern insulated roof, hot water etc But it’s close to nature, suited to the outdoorsy, adventurous soul, who doesn't mind the sound of rain outside or the occasional spider/creepy crawly that makes its way in from the garden. :)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.
