Helpful & quick responses to my queries. Plenty of little extras to make your stay easier, only two things would have improved our visit - a hairdryer & a potato peeler!! Not a huge amount of kerb appeal, but really lovely inside! All in all a great stay, thank you.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

I was delighted to stay in this Airbnb. I felt instantly at home, it was warm, cosy, v comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again. It was just down the street from the train station, and the local shops of Waterloo

Nicky’s place is a super rare gem of a place to stay! Beautiful views and a cosy spacious home to stay in. Nicky even went out of her way to provide toys and Easter chocolate for our two year old son who loved it ❤️ We will most definitely return! Thank you.

Ed’s place is perfectly situated in the gorgeous historic setting of Hamilton Square which has a train station and ferry port taking you into the city in minutes! Ed’s place is right at the top but the views are so worth the climb! Bedding and towels beautifully clean, fresh and plentiful and furnishings are comfy and non-pretentious so you feel right at home. Ed is an attentive host, providing all you need after a long drive (sorry we didn’t eat the eggs!). He left out a parking permit for us and access was easy. Nearby Wetherspoons does a great brekkie and a walk around Woodside murals are lovely and views spectacular across the river. Nearby New Brighton, Vale Park, Birkenhead Park and Priory are worth visiting as well as is the city of Liverpool itself. Only thing we missed was a dining table but honestly that’s the only recommendation I can think of! Thanks so much Ed, we will be back 😊

Kara’s place was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. -Parking was easy to find along with the lockbox key. -Kitchen was spotless. -Bedroom and bathroom was lovely and clean. -The flat was near some local pubs and restaurants within walking distance which is a lovely option to have. Overall the flat was a lovely experience and we very much enjoyed our time there. Thank you Kara

Lovely family stay at Hoylake , the maisonette was luxurious and very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space and were right next to the beach and walking distance of a fantastic Sunday lunch at 21st amendment. Would come back and recommend to family and friends

We booked Laura’s home as a group of friends to spend NYE together. The home was perfect and absolutely beautiful. It matched the pictures and descriptions. The home was spotless, warm and comfortable. Laura met us for check in and was really friendly and helpful. We were provided with food and drink as a gift on arrival. All guests loved the home and I couldn’t have asked for anything to be improved. The beach is really close and easy to walk to local amenities. Thank you so much again.

A group of us stayed for a hen do and the house was perfect plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to socialise the weather was good and the garden had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun! The house is very well equipped with little extras like cocktail shakers, afternoon tea stands, games cupboard, books all the little details that make a stay like a home from home and perfect for hosting celebrations or equally family getaways. Easy access to Liverpool but we also thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the local so salsa tapas bar and a trip to the bus yard on the beach at Crosby marina if you don’t want to go into the city centre. Thank-you Catherine and Claire for being perfect hosts we would recommend your air b n b to anyone !

We absolutely loved staying at Lindsey’s place. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged and so homey. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and honestly it was a dream. There was a high chair, toys to play with, books to read. An enclosed garden with a swing and a slide (a thrilling favourite). Little details like soft carpet on the stairs and around the patio doors and a back door that could be opened at the top but not the bottom so we could get some air but contain the toddler. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided and easy to find. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Lindsey!

Beautiful modern home. Very stylish bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you could ever need with some added extras. Very thoughtful gifts left for my boys (Easter eggs). Comfortable beds, cosy living room, sky sports was a big hit with my boys. Wonderful recommendations in the welcome book for things to do and places to eat (Forza pizza was delicious) 5 mins drive from nearest town, with all the shops you could need and a great walk around the lake. Stunning coastal footpath with breathtaking views. Sarah was so helpful with instructions for getting to the house and access. Seamless. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A friend and I stayed here while we visited a friend for her hen weekend. It was just what we needed. The instructions were clear and the house spotless, with all the essentials. Would definitely stay again.

We had another wonderful stay at Chris”s place. We have stayed here several times now. Chris is a fantastic host, always available if needed but never intrusive. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need, and more. Chris is very thoughtful and leaves lots of extras, much more than you would expect. The location is great, near the beach and wooded walks and a short drive from shops and supermarkets. There is also a tearoom, takeaway and two pubs a short walk away. We would highly recommend Chris’s place, and will be back.

Everything was amazing, Stephen and Irene could not have been more helpful in the lead up to the weekend. The house was in a perfect location, and ideal for our plans! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back in the future !!

A fantastic place to stay! Friendly hosts, eveb better facilities. We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed, was secluded enough from the city but only a 15 min drive from Liverpool itself. Plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. The beds were comfortable and had a good nights rest

Our favourite ever airbnb. Everything was so cosy and the place had everything you could possibly need. Lily has obviously put so much thought and love into making this the perfect little nest for anyone visiting the sights of New Brighton, which, by the way, are right on your doorstep. Lovely view of the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Just a perfect air bnb. Thank you!

Nice location, few mins walk to lake and shops. Reserved parking is also nice. Liked the homely feel to the place and easy to relax. Much better to have whole apartment to yourself than just a room with shared facilities in my opinion. Host communication was friendly and timely. Good instructions on how to use tv WiFi heating etc.

Comfortable apartment in a great location - 5 minutes from beach and seafront with plenty of restaurants (downhill - not a problem for us but east to drive and park if necessary.) . Really appreciated the thought that had gone into making guests’ stays special with lots of thoughtful extras, including fantastic welcome hamper. Thank you! Much appreciated after a long drive on a bank holiday. Very comfortable beds- had a great night’s sleep; appreciated the music themed decor! Will definitely visit again.

Great apartment for a seaside break and to explore the Wirral, Liverpool or Chester with good transport links. Small and compact but with everything we needed. After reading previous review about the bed and mattress, we were wondering if it would be comfortable, but we found it suited us well.

We really loved this penthouse apartment - it was conveniently located near the shop fronts, beach and train station. The interior and view are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful apartment with a calming view from balcony. It exceeded my expectations. Very clean, lovely furnishings and all needs catered for. Communication with both Diane and her dad was excellent. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to personal circumstances. Even then Diane was so understanding and kind. This place is an absolute gem.

What an amazing place! Beautiful home with incredible views. Super comfortable and well equipped, with attention to detail and design in every room. A true home away. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope we’ll be able to return soon.
