The Beach House

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Cottage for Chichester, West Wittering, Goodwood

Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away. Little Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room & dining area with wood burning stove, modern bathroom, TV and wifi. Snuggle up & watch the ducks, swans & geese on the pond & the herd of wild deer grazing near by.
