K7 Depot

The K7 Depot Cabin sits directly next to a large body of water. Conveniently located 10 miles from Pittsburg and 30 miles from Joplin. THREE GUESTS MAX NO OUTSIDE GUESTS The Cabin sits approximately 100 feet from a short line railroad track. A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

The Long Branch Loft

The Loft is part of a 100+ year old building that has been fully renovated giving guests a unique stay. The Loft consists of one upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, setting room, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. When entering The Loft you will see an open concept with a 15 ft ceiling and brick wall with an outline of the large back door and windows of the original building. The decor theme is local heritage with a focus on our farming community.

The Blue Door Cabin

Quiet 2-bedroom farmhouse overlooking seasonal corn and wheat crop growth. A perfect getaway location for those seeking a calm nature retreat, or those needing a place to crash during hunting season, after work hours, or for a family get-together. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and storage space. The living room contains a queen-sized futon and queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping 6 to 8 people. Full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room for the same comforts as home.

Feel free to use the lovely coffee bar and washer/dryer. Bring your burgers or steaks when you come and enjoy the use of the gas grill on the patio.

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Poppy's Place

Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.

Cozy 3 bedroom house!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. These 3 beds 2 bath home is outside city limits, but close to everything! Everything you will need for your stay is included. Above ground pool is open during summer. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably. A master with a queen size bed, 3/4 bath and private exit to the deck and swimming area. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that will sleep 2.. The 3rd bedroom has a two twin beds.
