Very clean, very comfortable apartment that’s an easy walk to the beach and the main part of town. Not a bad view of the river either. I would stay here again if passing through St. Joseph. Jimmy is a very responsive, communicative host!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Saucer! We booked an impromptu babymoon here and we can’t wait to visit again in the future. The house is less than a block to the beach, and is perfectly walkable to all of St. Joe. I liked the short separation and feel like it would be the perfect medium for the busy summertime rush- you get the best of being just far enough away to lose the noise of the crowds, while also being close enough to walk to the beach and not have to worry about the crazy St Joe parking. We loved the renovations and care taken in this property and you can tell by the great communication that Logan really cares about this place and your stay! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Colleen was on-point, friendly, and communicated every detail we needed to check in and when we checked out. The place was beautiful, modern appliances, clean, TV's everywhere, three bedrooms, and very firm mattresses, which suited me perfectly. Place was immaculate. Though located near the river in a somewhat industrial area, it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lake, and less to the restaurants and stores. Will come back!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Awesome unit beyond our expectations and David was an excellent host! Very close to the beach and all that new buffalo has to offer. David was always very responsive and proactive to all of our questions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay there again!

John’s coach house was a great spot to getaway—the house was simple, practical and clean! Loved the short drive into St. Joseph for shopping and restaurants. We didn’t have time this trip to hike but the proximity to hiking and the state park was a nice feature too. My favorite part was the view of Lake Michigan from the hot tub!

Patty's place was GREAT! My 3 sisters and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the living room, bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to drive North, South & East less than 30 minutes to visit wineries, shops, antique malls and fine restaurants. There are lots of things to do close to Coloma for 4 retired ladies. We loved walking down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and waves as they rolled in.

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone raved about how beautiful the property was—from the peaceful setting to the gorgeous interior. The hot tub was a favorite spot for unwinding, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen made it easy (and fun!) to cook all our meals in. We also loved having a grill to use! The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway with all the comforts of home.

We had an amazing and pleasant stay here, the place is beautiful, serene and breath taking. Brandon was super helpful and communicative. The house is well maintained and has all the amenities described. If you love nature, this is the place to be. The view to the pond is magnificent and I really enjoyed watching the sunset while enjoying a good conversation around the fire pit. Overall it was wonderful, affordable and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends!! Just a couple things to know: 1. The playground is across the path from the house and kind of out of sight, so if you were expecting to be in the hot-tub or pool while directly keeping an eye on the little ones, thats going to be impossible. 2. The Hot tub does not have a direct pond view because the pool is in front of it.

A party of 10 women for a bridal party weekend before the wedding festivities. Plenty of room for everyone lots of big bathrooms so much open space. The pool was warm the hot tub was bubbling. Such an amazing place set in the Sand dunes a five minute drive to Lake Michigan, and a short walk to the small lake, we enjoyed all of the amenities and had a wonderful time.

We recently spent a lovely weekend at Lake Solis. The house could not be more well stocked, cleaner or any more cozy and well designed. Every last detail is thoughfully designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Out of all the houses in the development, this house has the best location, with a private beachfront and unobstructed views of the peaceful little lake. The host has been super friendly and accomodating. She requires no special rules upon checkout, instead wanting to make sure her guests simply enjoy their stay without having to worry about chores. And the best part - pets are welcome! Our yellow lab Bruno had an absolute blast, spending time in nature with all of us! Thank you!!!

Really enjoyed the stay and the place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Jodi was very responsive and kitchen was fully stocked and all the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The parking is very small and will fit about 3-4 cars. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Second time staying there, even better in the fall. Surroundings are beautiful!

If you’re traveling to the St Joe area with kids this is the place to stay. There were endless toys & art supplies that were perfect for entertaining toddlers. Due to visiting in the winter we weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities but note there is a tennis court, play structure, & trampoline! Great location, short 10 min drive into downtown. Pretty Lake Michigan sunrise and sunset views out the living room window too! Would return in the summer when we can use the beaches! Host was also flexible with times and was quick to respond to questions

We had a great trip! The unit was just as described - it is small but is doable for 4 people (I think it would feel crowded with more, but kids could sleep in the bunk beds!). Even with sharing a wall with neighbors, it was very quiet. The best part is the location. You have a gorgeous view of the water, are just steps from the beach, and can access the other amenities in the complex like a pool, playgrounds, and tennis courts.

Great place for a girls weekend! Nice and spacious perfect place for family as well. Would definitely rent again!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

Very clean. Great location -- easy walk into downtown St. Joseph and even to the lakefront, plus a restaurant/bar right next door. Good and easy process.

Clean and roomy condo. Really enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats. Great location. Half mile to many shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Large living area, bedrooms were big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. Condo was safe, close to town and lots of attention to the details. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!
