The house is so great! Jess provided such impeccable details and was so helpful! We felt comfortable, safe and confident during our stay. This was our first ‘official’ vacation with our 2 year old, so we very much appreciated all of the toddler friendly amenities. We had such a great peace of mind throughout our stay. Everything is so clean and maintained well. We loved the board games! We had interesting weather during our stay (hot and cold!), so we enjoyed the open space of the house and all of the seating options both indoor and outdoor. Overall a great experience !

We recently spent a lovely weekend at Lake Solis. The house could not be more well stocked, cleaner or any more cozy and well designed. Every last detail is thoughfully designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Out of all the houses in the development, this house has the best location, with a private beachfront and unobstructed views of the peaceful little lake. The host has been super friendly and accomodating. She requires no special rules upon checkout, instead wanting to make sure her guests simply enjoy their stay without having to worry about chores. And the best part - pets are welcome! Our yellow lab Bruno had an absolute blast, spending time in nature with all of us! Thank you!!!

Plenty of room for friends and family with 3 good sized bedrooms and a pullout sofa. We enjoyed the cooks kitchen, the quiet resort setting with beautiful landscaping. We found the walk to town was a bit longer than anticipated but St Joseph's has plenty of free parking. The free concerts at Howard bandshell were very nice. Cute boutiques, ice cream and fudge shops and a retro 5 and 10 were fun. We thought the town could use some additional upscale dining options. Best we experienced were Mason Jar for breakfast and lunch and Bread and Bar for happy hour. Fred, the property manager is a very good ambassador for the owner and the town.

cute place for a bachelorette weekend at the beach! clean, plenty of amenities, super close to the beach so we were able to send girls back to make lunch and bring it to the beach! would definitely stay again!

It is obvious that Karen has the gift of hospitality! She truly thinks of and provides everything you might need to be comfortable during your stay…. And then some! We enjoyed watching the beautiful snowfall from the large front windows. We were glad we had 4 wheel drive as there was no plowing happening in this rural lake area. We would not have changed it, though. It was just beautiful. We look forward to coming back to experience the cabin in warm weather, too!

Cozy home with many amenities. Good location. Helpful hosts.

To begin the host is friendly and ensures you are given as much details as possible to make the trip great. The place was very quiet. We wanted a quiet area that had snow and this fit the bill. The hot tub was wonderful and quite relaxing. It snowed during our stay which made it experience unique, since most of the group is from the South or Southwest. The house has plenty of space for sleeping. We had 8 people in our group and we were comfortable. I plan to come back for my birthday in the summer months.

Awesome house, I stayed here for a girls weekend and we just loved the space and view of the water. Tons to do in New Buffalo, and the house was so close to the main area of town.

We had a great time and easy check in and check out, place was clean and easy to find. My kids enjoyed the outside area , and our host communicated well and helped us accommodate our early check in due to us arriving earlier than expected so I really appreciate that!! I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends when they come visit.

Great little spot for a last minute getaway from Chicago. Tucked in the woods on a farm with some cool trails and animals.

The place was nice and cozy and spacious. I especially loved the big kitchen! The surrounding area is quiet and so peaceful, I can only imagine how beautiful the lake must look like in the summer. Angela was quick to respond/answer any questions or concerns I had, I would definitely rent this place again.

Roomy and spacious. A trip back in time - with plenty of DVDs and VHSs to watch and games to play. We were able to leave technology behind us for the weekend!

This is our second stay at Bob and Marthas cabin, there was lots to do for the kids and we had plenty of fire wood for both inside and out side to keep warm. Very hospitable and kind we love coming here and they really are the kindest hosts.
