Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

Great apt. to visit Lago di Como. especially if arriving by car and if you are interested in cooking at the apt. Amazing view and balcony/garden makes it fun to just hang out there away from crowds.

I had a wonderful stay! Marianna was an amazing host – communication was always super smooth and very flexible. Whenever something came up, we quickly found a solution. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to all the action, but still enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of things to do and explore in the surrounding area. I can highly recommend this place!

Elisabetta was incredibly helpful! She was responsive and flexible with check in. She met us and shared many local recommendations and shared where everything was in the house. She was very quick to respond when we asked for local suggestions. Very friendly and welcoming!

My sister and I loved our stay with Claudio and Luisella. The apartment had a magnificent view of Lake Como and was only a few minutes walk from the town and ferries. Luisella gave us a a comprehensive briefing about how to use things in the apartment, where to eat and shop for groceries and information about the ferries. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. At the end of our stay, Claudio kindly dropped us at the ferry dock which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily return one day.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Das Garden Apartment der Villa Lucini 1886 ist ein kleines Paradies – stilvoll eingerichtet, herrlich ruhig und mit einem Garten, in dem man sofort die Zeit vergisst. Perfekt zum Entspannen, aber auch ideal gelegen für Ausflüge: Der Comer See ist schnell erreichbar, und selbst Mailand liegt nur eine gute Stunde entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich – man spürt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sinn fürs Detail gearbeitet wird. Ich hätte am liebsten noch ein paar Tage drangehängt. Definitiv ein Ort, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt! 🌿

Het appartement was heel erg schoon en netjes. De kamers waren ook zoals beschreven. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

We loved our stay at The Big House! The bus stop being just at the top of the stairs was very helpful (though make sure to know when the last bus runs!). The rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view of the lake from the balcony was the cherry on top! The only thing to mention is that the steps down to the Airbnb can be quite dark once the sun sets and there is no extra lighting, so this can be a little daunting if coming back during the evening. Kathi and her husband were super friendly and helpful, even bringing a gift for my birthday celebration which was such a surprise! We look forward to our next stay at The Big House! Thank you!!

Questo appartamento è un piccolo gioiellino curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci è quasi spiaciuto aver trovato tre giornate splendide di sole che ci hanno tenuto sulle piste e non ci hanno permesso di godere appieno dell'appartamento dotato davvero di ogni comfort. Host super ospitale, molto reattivo e disponibile anche alle nostre richieste di flessibilità oraria per quanto riguardava check in e check out. E' nostra intenzione tornarci.

Second stay at Maria’s, fantastic experience, Maria is delightful and helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment. Very close to the lake and everything Cernobbio has to offer. Quiet and private with a stylish comfortable decor. Perfect!

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was responsive, offered any recommendation we asked for, and even made numerous reservations for us. The house is beautiful and cozy and had the most perfect views. They also surprised us with food upon arrival and croissants the next morning. 1000% recommend this home and we will be coming back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement était propre et pratique, il y avait tout le nécessaire. Alessandra est très agréable et a l’écoute. Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner ici. Angelo's apartment is precisely the type of place you hope all Airbnb accommodation will be. It's comfortable, spacious, well furnished, clean and accessible from your point of arrival, with an attentive host. Although positioned on a busy road, the apartment is largely insulated in winter from the sound of traffic.

Marta was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host—nothing was ever too much trouble. She communicated promptly and was always available with a quick reply whenever we needed anything. Marta kindly allowed us to check in early and stay a bit later on our departure day, which was a huge help as it gave us a comfortable place to relax before catching our train. The apartment itself was lovely—beautifully maintained and located just slightly outside the busy centre of Como, which we really appreciated, especially during the bustling Easter period. The peaceful location made for a scenic and relaxing walk along the lake's edge into the heart of Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the thoughtful information Marta provided—full of helpful tips on where to eat, drink, and explore—made our visit even better. What a lovely apartment! Comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal and we found everything we were looking for in walking distance. Angelica provided detailed instructions for entry and answered our questions very quickly. Being able to store our luggage was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would happily book this apartment again.

Laura hat die Unterkunft sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie hat extra ein Baby Set mit Lätzchen, Löffeln Feuchttücher usw. für uns als Geschenk gekauft, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das renovierte Haus ist wirklich makellos und sehr sauber. Von der Unterkunft ist der Comer See, Mailand und der heilige Berg von Varese sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura wirklich jedem empfehlen der ein paar Tage in Varese verbringen will.

Die Wohnung war wirklich super schön der Vermieter war immer erreichbar. Die Bahnlinie war ganz in der Nähe und direkt um die Ecke war ein tolles amerikanisches Diner Restaurant. Das einzige, was ein wenig gestört hat, war die Schnellstraße auf der immer Motorräder ziemlich laut in der Nacht gefahren sind . Also besser Fenster zu beim schlafen.

Great place! Balcony is worth it all. Little hill to walk up. Would suggest a taxi to the place if you have luggage, but the walk was easy without bags. Had everything we needed.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Matéo. Comme promis et sur les photos, la vue est incroyable sur le lac avec un coucher de soleil superbe sur Varenna! Le logement est très bien équipé , nous étions 4 et le canapé lit est confortable ; la chambre très grande! précision : il faut passer par le chambre pour aller à la salle de bain et les toilettes. La localisation est très bien si vous avez une voiture ( ce qui était notre cas), le " garage' était trop petit mais nous avons pu facilement nous garer à proximité. A 10mn max de Varrena où nous nous sommes garés sans problème en semaine ( plus compliqué le we). La communication avec Mateo a toujours était très facile et réactive, et tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien dans l appartement. L insonorisation avec l appartement voisin n est pas parfaite, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème car les personnes étaient respectueuses. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour inoubliable !
