Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Our detached home offers a spacious, comfortable retreat for two adults, with underfloor heating for added comfort. Enjoy the private garden, off road parking and full kitchen. Located on the edge of the town of North Walsham, countryside walks are just minutes away. The coast is 10 minutes by car, and we're close to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, with great transport links. A local store is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. A memorable stay awaits at this unique spot!

Crossing Retreat - Beautiful barn with pool table

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

New Lane Cottage is our little thatched bolt-hole located on the edge of the Worstead Estate, at the end of a wood-lined drive. Enjoy peaceful seclusion, with a sun-soaked patio and BBQ for the warmer months, and a private hot tub all-year-round. Guests are welcome to enjoy walks across Worstead Park, before snuggling up in front of the cosy wood burner. PLEASE NOTE that due to the narrow steep staircase we do not recommend this cottage for those with mobility concerns, or with children.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Broads National Park provides luxurious self-catering accommodation in an idyllic hamlet. Thatch Cottage offers all the modern essentials and has been immaculately modernised and renovated while still retaining its traditional rural charm.

The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
