Filled with art, books, a big comfy couch and fireplace for and wood fired oven on the new large private deck. Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

The toilet is an outdoor organic system (based on the national park's toilets). Located at the start of the Great Ocean Road, only ten minutes from Torquay or famous Bells Beach. Complementary bottle of pinot from the winery on arrival. Please provide your own fire wood.
