At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. Welcome to the Lake! Our house sits directly on a quiet lake in Meredith NH. Stunning views and amazing sunsets! A perfect place to relax and get away. Located 8-10 minutes from downtown Meredith where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do! There are hiking trails near the house and local attractions close by! We are 45 minutes south of Franconia Notch and the Mt. Washington area. Go on a day trip or spend the entire day swimming right out the front door!

On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).
