And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. Beach House 52 is in the heart of Jervis Bay. A 2 storey charming A frame house with tonnes of character. The house is pet friendly and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Hyams Beach and Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
